Ace's PoV

When I finished eating, I went upstairs and sat on the floor, where I smoked my cigarette. I smoked first as I gazed at the sky, the many stars, and the moon. While I only have Unice and am no longer with my family, the moon is still good with the stars.

"What exactly are you doing here?" When I heard Unice's voice, I turned to face her.

"Just smoking; why did you follow me?" Unice sat down next to me after I asked her.

"I followed you because I'm worried you might do something," Unice explained, and I laughed.

"I'm not going to do anything else. I'm not going to kill myself just because I was alone here before you came," I told Unice, looking up at the sky.

"It's a beautiful night today, with a lot of stars and a moon," Unice said, nodding to her.

"I used to be alone, and I didn't have a friend in the orphanage," Unice explained, which surprised me because she mentioned the orphanage.
