LOGINMICHAELA's POV
"Sasha." I murmured as Noah walked past me and headed straight for the woman who was smiling from ear-to-ear.
When Noah got to her, he wrapped his arms around her, lifted her off the ground and spun her around. It was such a romantic scene and it left me completely stunned.
"Sasa! I can't believe you’re actually here!" Noah said happily when he dropped her on the ground again. He cupped her cheeks in his hands while she looked up at him with so much obvious affection.
"I took the earliest dragon carriage to this place. I couldn't wait another moment to see you." The Sasha woman replied with so much joy and excitement.
Neither of them even considered the fact that I was standing close. They barely spared me a glance and just continued to gush over each other.
"It's been so long since I saw you, oh my goodness!" Noah said and pulled her in for another hug. As he did, the young woman stood on her tip toes and kissed Noah's cheek several times.
And Noah did nothing to stop her.
I felt like someone had punched me in the gut as I watched them. Noah didn't even care that I was seeing all of that, and feeling completely wronged, I balled up my fists and angrily made my way toward them.
"I believe there are a lot of free bedrooms inside the castle. Surely you would like for me to arrange one just for the both of you." I said sarcastically and looked at Noah. " Oh what do you think?"
The smile that had been on Noah's face instantly fell away, and he studied me with a cool gaze.
"Michaela, this is Sasha. Please accord her with the appropriate graciousness she deserves."
I was stunned.
"I see." I said softly and huffed quietly. I was actually smiling, but there was something absolutely pleasant about the situation before me.
Just then, I heard footsteps coming from behind me, and turned in time to see Noah's mother approaching with a wide smile on her face as she studied her son and his friend.
"Ah! Sasha! Here already!" Petunia called out and enveloped Sasha in a hug when she reached us.
Then she finally noticed me.
Her scowl appeared that very instant.
"What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be preparing a meal or something?" She spat and shook her head like I was her greatest burden. "As the housewife you are, one would think that you would be able to single handedly care for this castle. But you're just useless."
I gritted my chin at her as her gaze darkened.
"It's quite unfortunate that you constantly forget your place in this household." Then she turned to Sasha and smiled again. "Surely a lowlife housewife like you could never compare to Sasha. She's definitely more suited to be my son's wife than you ever will be. If it weren't for Simon's contract, I just hope you know that it would have been Sasha who would be married to my boy and not you."
"Then perhaps she will have her chance soon enough." I said with barely constrained anger and simply stalked off angrily.
Later that evening, Noah and his family organized a party to celebrate Sasha's welcome.
I had not intended to go, but the whole castle had to be present. Including me.
"I hope you don't mind that they threw this party for me." I turned to the sound of the familiar voice and scowled when I was face to face with no one other than Sasha.
"Of course not." I said calmly as she sipped from her glass of wine, watching me over the rim of the glass. "He can do as he chooses."
"Hmm. I have to say that you're definitely better than me." She said and gently twirled her glass. "Because if my husband threw a party for another woman, I was most likely to…woops-"
I jumped when she tilted the glass in my direction, but not quick enough because some of the wine actually stained my dress.
"What the hell?" I spat, as red liquid dripped down the front of my white dress. "What the hell did you do that for?"
"It was an accident." She said, her voice a bit too high as people began to watch us. "Gosh, I'm so sorry!"
I sneered at her, because even though she pretended to be sorry, I could see the look in her eyes that told me she enjoyed what she just did.
"You’re going to be sorry you did this." I finally said and turned to walk away. I was done with this party and soon enough, I’d be done with the man who caused all of this maltreatment.
But one of Sasha's friends grabbed my hand on the way out and started to make fun of me.
"Leaving so soon? " She asked and made a false pouty look. "But if you leave just now, who is going to do the waiter job around here, if not you?"
Sasha as well as some of the other guests laughed at the silly girl's words, and I angrily dragged my hand out of her hand.
"Look how she's dressed so simply!" Someone in the crowd called out. "I bet she has such a conservative sex life and has never once made Noah have an orgasm."
My cheeks burned as the guest began to laugh again.
"Can't say the same for Sasha." Another one of her friends called out. "Sasha, isn't it true that you've seen Noah's Penis? How long is it again? Tell us!"
This time the guest cheered along as they made lewd remarks that made my chest burn.
"Come on Sasha, don’t be acting shy now! You're all dressed up in that mini skirt of yours and we saw you earlier when you sat so close to Noah! We could see how his body reacted just from being next to you!"
The crowd cheered again.
I was so livid at the way they were all encouraging Nick and Sasha to kiss each other.
Right before my very presence!
And my so-called husband was doing absolutely nothing to stop them.
MICHAELA's PovIt didn't take long to find the right Sorcerer to get rid of Sasha's powers. But the only problem was that she hadn't received those dark powers on her own, someone in the castle had passed it on to her… and I didn't know who."I can take away her magic." The sorcerer said as he stared at Sasha who spitefully regarded him. "But she needs to tell us who made her powers go dark."Sasha gave a menacing laugh when he said those words.
MICHAELA's PovMy chest rose and fell with every breath I took.I turned around to see the bodies of so many soldiers from the enemy clan. The ones who had survived were running away in retreat now that their leader was dead.Although, some of my soldiers had also gotten injured in battle."We should slit his throat and burn his head back home. Other tribes who wish to mess with us will hear of it and be forced to rethink their decision." Dan said, his back still facing me as he stared down at the soldier whose
MICHAELA's pov"The brother begs in place for the sister, even though he must suffer the same gruesome fate? How noble." I said softly and smiled, "But your sister must suffer for her sins."After I said that, I stretched out my hand toward Sasha, and chains suddenly appeared, wrapping around her like metal snakes. She let out a frightful cry as the chains lifted her off the ground and smiling at the bright idea that entered into my head, I shifted the chains into actual snakes and nearly howled with laughter when a very deafening scream tore through Sasha
MICHAELA's POV"No, no, this isn't possible. This is all a lie!" Sasha cried out, trying to back away, but two of my guards who had previously stationed themselves at strategic angles rushed forward and held her, to keep her from running."Hey, hey, let me go!" She angrily shrugged out of their grip. "You don't have to hold me like that. I'm not an animal!" She snapped and looked down at her brother who was slowly rising to his feet, obvious irritation on his face."Brother." Sasha cried, "Please tell me this isn't true. Tell me this woman isn't really the Tiger Queen. It's all a lie, right?"
MICHAELA's pov"She got that tattoo as an attempt to impersonate the Tiger Queen!" Sasha spat when she spotted the tattoo. She scoffed and then added, "She's been trying to impersonate the Tiger Queen since Noah kicked her out of the house. Anything to get his attention."Then she narrowed her eyes at me, "But none of it will ever work, because Noah is mine, and when the Tiger Queen arrives, she's going to end your miserable existence for trying to claim her position."Then she tugged her hand out of Dan's grip.
MICHAELA's pov"You? The Tiger Queen? Don't make me laugh!" Noah's mother spat and shook her head at me like I was something wonderful. "You're truly delusional aren't you?" A few guests nervously chuckled, eager to agree with her, while others remained silent, their eyes darting between me and the throne, looking quite uncertain about the whole situation.Just then, Noah rushed to his mother's side and looked at me with pleading eyes."Michaela, I know you're putting up all this act to win me back. But you don't have to do any of this. Please get off that throne before the Tiger Queen arrives and kills you! What will be the point of all this if you end up losing your life?!"Without a single warning, his mother whacked his head from behind and angrily looked at him."Have you lost your mind? This woman hurt Sasha and you're here worried that the Tiger Queen might kill her? Let her get herself killed if that's what she wants to do. What's it to you?"Noah gritted his chin, the muscle
