Chapter 75: Loyal Amicus

Astrid closed her eyes after crying for hours until her eyes were swollen. She fell asleep restlessly. Her eyes seemed to be moving restlessly behind her closed eyelids. Unknowingly she turned her sleeping position on the bed, and it wasn't easy to sleep calmly and relax.

The wind opened the unlocked window from between the tightly closed glass shuttered and created a small gap. A leaf flew in the wind and entered through the gap in the window. The little leaf flew onto the bed and landed right on top of Astrid's forehead, right between her eyebrows. The small leaves glowed with a light pink color that was almost white, then absorbed into Astrid's forehead.

Astrid was fast asleep while her mind drifted back into dreamland. In the darkness, Astrid saw the light shining in the distance. The color was a bright green that is almost white with a light pink tinge also almost white.

"Where am I?" Astrid asked, confused.

“Astrid… Amicus…&rdquo
