“Share you? I can't share my man with another woman. Never,” she blurted out, and Cornelius was disorganized. He wondered where all her good attributes flew to.

“Calm down, dear. I know how you feel. We will work it out.”

“Will your children also accept my baby. Will they also share their father with him? I am familiar with the problem of a polygamous family.” She asked without consideration for his feelings.

At that point, Mr. Cornelius felt humiliated. He saw the status of a polygamist as derogatory, but he took it in his stride.

“There would be no such thing,” he responded with a heavy heart.

She looked up, and asked, “What do you mean by that?”

“The moon goddess decided to bless me with a baby for the first time through you.”

Instantly, her head was swollen, she raised her shoulder like a peacock. She took the position of a superior wife, and pointed out, “Oh! She will have no choice, but to give her consent to our marriage at once.”

“You are right. We will have to see her at once.
