Chapter 16: Tommy's Decision
The very next morning after John Liberta was arrested around six hours ago, Victor had woke up and was packing up his stuff to fly back to New York. He actually had went outside before and there he met Ms. Gardeer who was heading outside; going home perhaps, by the lobby. He recognized her since she was the one who sent for him for the interrogation last night. He approached her there and asked for an update about the murder. Therefore Ms. Gardeer informed that last night a resident from the third floor was arrested, although she did not know for sure or still just suspected. He smiled a little bit there hearing Ms. Gardeer’s explanation and went back to his room. He thought now he is free to went back to New York now the police won’t need his witness any longer.
