Her husband, and police officer Noah Adler, is the hidden leader of a child trafficking and organ harvesting syndicate that operates through her hospital and worse, she married the wrong twin. As missing children and illegal surgeries begin to point back to her workplace, Dr Karma Kuntz in order to clear her name and find out the truth unknowingly walks closer to the truth — and also to danger. Who kills who? Will love save them both? Is this a crime or is this justice? Where is the other twin?

His fingers moved toward her hips. She stopped them, pressing one manicured finger on his lips with the corners of her mouth curved upward.
"I have a surprise for you."
She winked. Her tongue leaked her bottom lip in a slow and deliberate way.
Heat flooded Marcus's face. His pulse hammered in his temples, as he kept breathing fast. "You are going to kill me," he said, the words coming out breathless. "Heart attack. Right here. My blood pressure—"
Her laugh echoed through the room. "I would actually like to send you to hell."
She reached toward the nightstand. Silk dangled from her fingers—black, smooth. Before he could speak, the fabric covered his eyes. Her fingers worked behind his head, tying the knot. “Where are your handcuffs?” She whispered in his ears.
“Umm…my back pocket. The keys are there as well.” He said, gulping loudly.
The mattress shifted. Warmth pressed against his face, soft skin filling his senses. Something cold circled his left wrist. Metal scraped against metal. She raised his hands to the bed frame, positioning her nipple to his mouth, which he sucked hungrily while she moaned and—
Click.
His right wrist was securely locked to the bedframe.
Another click and he couldn't move from that position.
"Wait—" Marcus pulled against the headboard. But the cuffs held fast.
"Relax." Her breath warmed his ear.
She moved below and pulled off his shoes, then she reached for his belt and unbuckled it. Zipping down, and pulling his trousers off him. She then reached for his briefs and pulled it off to reveal an 8inch very hard boner, with full girth. Smiling, she reached for it and wrapped her rounds around it, moving her hands up and down with a deliberate slow rhythm, while she watched it pulsate in her hands as his breathing rose rapidly.
“Impressive.” She laughed as she lowered her head and took the tip of his dick in her mouth, toying with the opening.
“Ooooooooooo!” Were the only words he managed to say as she moved upwards and straddled him, moving her hips slowly at first before picking up the pace.
Letting go, Mia walked over to the drawer and pulled the other handcuffs but decided against it, so she scanned around quickly and noticed the pillow cases, she removed them and used each pillow case to tie each leg firmly, before she resumed riding him again.
The bed frame creaked with rhythm. Marcus's breathing quickened, his mind clouding with sensation until—

(EIGHTEEN HOURS EARLIER)
—----------------------------------------------------
The office was too quiet.
Dr Karma Kuntz sat behind her desk, elbows braced on the polished wood, and her face buried in her hands. Her shoulders shook as she cried silently. She had sent her driver home, but told her assistant to stay back an hour ago. She locked the door, and turned off her phone. But she could still hear him—that small, broken voice.
"It hurts when I sit down."
Eighteen years old, Theon Bergmann was rushed in unconscious at 4 PM. He had internal bleeding and rectal tearing. The kind of injuries that made her stomach turn even after six years of surgical practice, because it only meant one thing—he was being molested by someone.
She had sutured him back together, stopped the bleeding, and prescribed antibiotics and pain medication to help Theon heal faster, and also reduce the pain he was going through. She wore the mask of a professional whilst being efficient at her job, then she left.
She stepped into the bathroom and vomited, not because she was irritated—no. But she was livid that such a young disabled teenager was going through such pain, and worse… his mother seemed ignorant of what her child was going through.
Her hands trembled as she reached for the tissue box. Mascara smeared across the white tissue paper, as she wiped her face. She had held it together in front of the Theon's mother, Judge Helena Bergmann, not wanting to show weakness.
A sitting High Court Judge, married to some tech mogul who was never home. The woman had stood in the corner of the examination room, with her arms crossed and hugging herself, with a blank face. Like she was presiding over a case instead of looking at her bleeding child.
Karma had asked the standard questions. But Theon just stared at the ceiling, saying nothing. His mother had answered for him—a fall, probably a prank, boys will be boys, you know how rough they play.
The injuries didn't match.
Not even close. It was clearly an issue of sexual abuse, not some silly prank.
“Gggrrrrrr ggrrrrrrrr!”
Judge Bergmann's phone rang loudly, snapping me out of my thoughts and bringing me to reality. She excused herself, pushed the door open and stepped into the hallway, her heels clicking against marble floors. The moment the door closed, Karma pulled a chair up to Theon's bedside.
"Hey." She spoke, making sure to keep her voice soft and gentle. "You are safe here. I promise. Can you tell me what really happened?"
The boy's eyes were filled with tears. Shaking his head, refusing to speak.
"I won't tell anyone," Dr Karma said. "I am bound to respect the doctor-patient confidentiality oath. It's a rule for every doctor, and I would lose my license if I broke it."
That was a lie. She knew she would sort it out the second she had a name. But she needed him to talk first.
Theon looked at her, clearly trying to decide if it was safe to trust her or not. Then he turned toward the door and back at her. His lip shook as he opened his mouth.
"My mom's boyfriend did it," he whispered, with tears running down his eyes uncontrollably. "He—he said if I told anyone, he would kill me, and kill my whole family. And no one would believe me anyway because he's a police officer."
The words felt like someone punched her chest, restricting her air flow, but she gathered herself together.
"Your mom has a boyfriend?" Karma had kept her expression neutral and professional. "I thought she was married."
"My dad is never home. He is always traveling for work." Theon had picked at the hospital blanket. "He doesn't know about—about him."
"Can you point him out if he ever comes here? I will make sure I am always notified whenever your mother has a visitor, so I can come over. Just nod if you see him. You don't have to say anything."
Theon had opened his mouth to respond, when the door swung open.
Judge Bergmann had walked in with her phone still pressed to her ear, finishing a conversation. Behind her, stood a man in a police uniform.
A tall broad shouldered man, with graying hair.
Karma's blood ran cold.
“Father!” She muttered under her breath in shock.
She hadn't seen her father in ten years. Not since she had turned eighteen and was allowed to stay away from this monster who made her life a living hell. She had gotten a restraining order, and changed her phone number. She worked so hard to build a life he couldn't touch.
Chief Inspector Marcus Kuntz had looked right through her as though they had never met before.
No sign of recognition.
No acknowledgment.
Nothing.
In a bid to avoid her father's eyes, she glanced at Theon, and his face had become so pale, one would think he saw a ghost. His slim hand had gripped the blanket so hard his knuckles went white.
Their eyes met and Theon barely nodded. Just a tiny bow of his chin.
Dr Karma looked at him again in denial, squinting her eyes, and Theon nodded again.
Rosa's cleaning supplies fell to the floor and scattered. The spray bottle rolled across the carpet, leaving a trail of blue liquid running through the blood. The sound tore from her chest, echoing everywhere, filling the hallway as the once rowdy, loud and dirty hotel became empty that morning. She stumbled backward and hit the cart, which sent it crashing into the doorframe. Towels fell off the cart and scattered everywhere. Her hands shook as she fumbled in her apron looking for her phone. Still in shock and panicking, the phone fell off her hands. Shivering uncontrollably, she picked it up only to drop it again. Finally she decided it was better to punch the digits, whilst the phone was still on the floor."Nine—" Her voice cracked. She tried again. "Nine-one-one. I need—there's a—oh God, oh God—"The operator's voice came through, calm and distant. "What's your emergency?""Hotel Belvedere. Fourth floor. Room 447." Rosa couldn't look away from the body. She couldn't breathe eit
Karma sat back in her booth, lifted her untouched drink, and watched her father drain his fourth glass of whiskey.Mia walked fast. She changed into something tighter—a red dress that barely covered anything. Reapplied her lipstick. Sprayed more perfume. Then catwalked straight to Marcus's table, leaned over so he got a full view of her full bouncy boobs, and whispered something in his ear.His face instantly lit up like a kid ready to open his gifts on Christmas morning.Twenty minutes later, they left together. His arm around her waist, her heels clicking beside his heavy footsteps. The other officers whistled and cheered, while Marcus threw them a salute and grinned.Karma had watched from her booth, with her phone in her hand. She already paid for the room in cash, using a fake name before she went to the club. And already placed the blindfold in the nightstand drawer. So she texted Mia the address of the Hotel and the room number to be certain there will be no mistakes. Dr Karma
Karma stood up so fast her chair had scraped against the floor. "Nurse," she called, stepping into the hallway. "I need you in here with the patient. Don't leave him alone. Not for any reason, not even if this building was collapsing."The nurse nodded and went inside.Karma walked straight to her office, locked the door, and fell apart. Now she sat in the silence of her office, crying, blowing mucus out of her nose into a tissue and breathing through her mouth because her nose was too stuffed to breathe in air. Her chest ached and her throat burned. She never thought she would see her father, more or less in that manner. But then again, a leopard never changes its spots. Standing up, she wiped her face with a hand, while she reached for her phone with the other hand. She pulled her phone from her coat pocket, and clicked the power button and scrolled through her contacts. She found the name she was looking for, then she pressed ‘dial’.It rang three times, before she heard her name
