"The ember of love will be back to destroy the darkness and pave a way for the light to shine again!"

Both the queen and king were still shock after hearing their daughter's words and the thing that bothers them the most is the dangerous and powerful aura that they have sensed from her.

"Darling are you okay?" the queen asked her daughter nervously. The princess stared at her for a second before she spoke.

"I'm fine mom. Just feeling a little dizzy," she answered using a cold tone. The queen and king stared at each other with curiosity shown on their faces.

"Do you want to take a rest first?" the king asked but the princess just gave him a smile.

"I'm fine dad, a little dizziness is nothing compared to what the mortal and heaven realm will experience if Velion will continue to live," she answered.

"What did those red strings showed you?" the queen asked with curiosity.

"Everything about my mission and my real identity."

"You already know everything?" this time it's the king's turn to ask. The princess nodded and the queen and king both heaved a deep sigh.

The queen sat beside the princess and stared directly into her eyes. "We're sorry we have to keep the truth that you are not our real daughter." She then took her left hand and smiled at her.

"But believe us darling, we had just learned the truth about you being a daughter of a Goddess earlier today. The messenger God just came to us to tell us the truth. We were surprised sweety and we don't want to lose you because we have treated you like our real daughter. You might not be our daughter by blood, but believe us sweetheart in our hearts you are our one and only daughter and princess," the queen explained as tears fall from her eyes.

"Mom, I don't hate you for hiding the truth that I am not your real daughter. I will never hate you, instead I am grateful that you took me and raised me well with both love and kindness. Thank you mom and dad," the princess uttered and gave both her parents a hug.

It's hard for her to leave them alone but she has a mission to fulfill. She has a responsibilty for both the heaven and mortal realm. Peace and love must be restored to defeat the darkness.

After her conversation with her parents, princess Ana Mae decided to go back to the University to bid farewell to her two good friends, Prince Lyndon and Princess Diane.

She found the two of them sitting under the myrtle tree located in the university's garden. She excitedly run towards them.

"Lyndon, Diane!" she screamed when she's only a step away from them. The two were surprised but happy to see her again after a long time.

"Ana Mei!" Diane screamed as well and welcomed her with a hug.

"How are you? Are you feeling much better now?" Lyndon asked her.

"Yeah, you just recovered you should stay at home. Besides, Lyndon and I are planning to visit you in the palace the day after tomorrow," Diane added.

Princess Ana Mae heaved a deep sigh and motioned them both to sit down.

"Actually, the reason why I'm here is to bid farewell to the two of you. You've been a good friend to me and I really appreciate all your help," the princess answered in a sad tone.

"Where are you going?" Prince Lyndon asked curiously.

Princess Ana Mae heaved a deep sigh before answering, "I am not the person you think I am," she started.

"What do you mean?" Diane asked while looking at her with a puzzled expression.

"I'm actually an adopted daughter of my parents," she sighed. The two stared at her with wide eyes.

"Are you serious? Did you just hit your head?" Princess Ana Mae laughed with her question.

"Oh come on Ana Mae! I'm serious!" Princess Diane pouted.

"I just found out earlier that I'm an adopted daughter and that I'm not a real Villashne," princess Ana Mae explained.

"How come? Who are your real parents then?" Prince Lyndon asked while Diane remained staring at her with a shock expression.

"You won't believe this, but I'm actually a Goddess." The two were even more surprised with her revelation.

"A Goddess?" Diane asked in disbelief. She nodded and started explaining everything to them. Everything that she saw in her vision and including the mission that she's destined to fulfill.

"You mean, Aphrodite the Goddess of love and beauty is your real mom? No wonder you have an extraordinary beauty!" Diane exclaimed.

"Diane's right Ana Mae. But why are you saying goodbye to us? Are you going back to the immortal realm to see your real parents? How about the queen and king?" Lyndon asked curiously.

"Yes. Mom said it's about time to fulfill mission. I must end Velion's wrath to save both mortal and immortal realm. This is what destiny wants me to be and I need to comply to it." Princess Ana Mae answered.

Lyndon and Diane stared at each other as if talking with their eyes.

"We are coming with you!" they said in unison that made Ana Mae shock.

"No! You can't! It's too dangerous for mortals like you!" she objected.

It's not that she looks down on them because they are mortals, but she knows how dangerous it would be and she does not want them to be in danger as well.

"Ana, we just want to help you and be with you every step of the way. As mortals we must do something for our world as well," Diane begged her.

"But I don't want to endanger your lives. What will your parents do if something bad happens to the two of you? You are both the future of your kingdoms," Princess Ana Mae explained to them.

"You're right we are the future of our kingdoms and we must do something to secure that future even if it means giving up our own lives," Prince Lyndon answered that made Princess Ana Mae agreed.

*********

After they settle everything, the royal families gathered in the garden of the palace of Citrine to bid farewell to Prince and Princesses.

It was hard for their parents to let them go but they know they have to for the sake of the mortal and immortal realm.

I'm sorry to interrupt you guys but we have to start our journey to the immortal realm now before Velion makes a move to stop us," Hermes told them in his Godly voice.

"Mom dad, I will miss you both," Princess Ana Mae said to her parents in the middle of her tears.

The queen caressed her cheeks and smiled as tears fall from her eyes as well.

"Don't worry about us sweety. Remember that you have a mission to fulfill. When everything's over, please come back to us safe," the queen told her.

"I will mom! I promise we will be back safe and sound," the princess promised before Hermes casted his teleportation spell.

He, together with Princess Ana Mae, Prince Lyndon, Prince Diane and Leanna disappeared leaving the queens and kings of the three kingdoms. They were all crying and praying for the safety of their children.

It's hard for them to let their children go, but as rulers of the mortal realm it's a sacrifice they have to make for the sake of their people.

*First Person's POV* Just as when I was about to blame myself, Leanna spoke, "No madame! The Gods did not sacrifice all of you!" The woman diverted her gaze to her. "And how did you know?" she asked while raising her left brow. "Because I'm one of the servants of the Gods. I am the guardian of the chosen one, and I know the whole story," Leanna stated while the woman stared at her with wide eyes. "So you're one of their accomplices? And you planned all of this just to know our whereabouts and sacrifice our lives once again? I really can't believe that the Gods could be that selfish! "No! I just want you to know the truth!" "We already know what the truth is!" the woman insisted."When we met the dark immortals earlier they told us that the reason why you hid yourselves down here, is that you are all selfish. But I did not believe them, because I don't want to judge someone without even knowing the truth. I just hope you will do the same with the God

First Person's POV; "ZION!" I heard Diane screaming Zion's name. She must've been worried about him but the big question in my mind right now is, why would Zion risk his life to protect me? I stared at his eyes but still I could not see any emotion from it. He's still as cold as ice. "Your highness ,you better not forget our mission. Don't be so careless, or you might get yourself killed," Stefan said and Zion automatically let go of me. It's as if he was burned or something. "Are you okay Ana?" Diane asked as she hurriedly run towards me. Lyndon and Leanna did the same thing and they started checking if I got wounds or bruises. "I'm fine guys, you don't have to worry about me," I told them with a smile. The three of them stared at Zion with confusions written all over their faces. They were probably thinking on why the hell would Zion save my life, when he's obviously one of our enemies wishing for my death. Well, I wonder the same thing though. Maybe it

  • Ember Of Love   Chapter 43

*First Person's Pov*Our journey to the North side of the forest lasted for two dark days. We were all exhausted when we reach the pear plantation. The place was serene and just like the other side of the forest, we did not see even a single animal walking around. All we could see through the tiny light of the moon are tall pear trees with fruits shining as it's touched by the moonlight."How are we going to find the white oracles here? All that's here are pear trees," Diane said frustratingly."Haven't you heard what Leanna told us before we came here? Pears are what the white oracles eat. So I'm pretty sure we're going to find one here!" Lyndon told Diane with a glare. I can't believe these two are starting to have their quarrels again."Guys please just be quite. We're not trying to let them know we're here and run off, aren't we?" I hushed them out."Sorry Ana, it just that there's some grinch over here!" Diane rolled her eyes at Lyndon."So you dare to say that I'm a grinch?

  • Ember Of Love   Chapter 42;

*First Person's POV*Just by looking into his eyes I realised how much I've longed for him. And in a split second I found myself drowning in the valley of his gaze as I danced with the rhythm of my heart. I don't need a love like Romeo and Juliet's, nor of Edward and Bella. What I want is a unique and pure love whom I can call my own."Zion," I mumbled as the wind gently blows, touching his face. He stared at me emotionless, it's as if he doesn't even know who I am. How come? I thought our love was unforgettable. But it seems like I'm the only one who thinks that way."Oh my dear cousin." I was pulled out from my fantasies when I heard my cousin's voice."Amira? What are you doing here?" I asked her in disbelief. Don't tell me, that she and Zion came here together? My questions were answered when she clung to Zion's arms and smirked at me."Oh my dear cousin, it seems like you have fallen in love with someone you don't know," she told me with a smirk."What are you talking about

  • Ember Of Love   Chapter 41

*Third Person's POV*"That chosen one is starting to piss me off!" Velion shouted angrily after receiving the news from the raven he sent to follow Princess Ana Mae."I did not know that they could easily know the secret on how to defeat those spirit knights," Amira said in disbelief. Velion stared at her angrily and she nervously swallowed the lump in her throat."And you! You're a coward! You should've fought with her instead of leaving those spirit knights alone!" he yelled at her. "You could've defeated her since I have given you a lot of powers. But you're still useless!""I'm sorry my king, I promise to do my job better next time. Just please don't punish me," she begged. She's too scared to be killed. She don't want to die without avenging her mom. Besides, all her efforts would be in vain if Velion would kill her now."Surely you will. Because if you fail this time, I will kill you without having a second thought," he warned her. "I promise my king, just tell me what you wan

  • Ember Of Love   Chapter 40

*First Person's POV* The woods were covered with darkness and just like when we first entered this forest, we did not see even a single animal. Not even a chirp from a bird could be heard. "It's getting creepier in here," Diane whispered to me while biting her nail. It's some kind of mannerism for her whenever she fell nervous. "I know but we still have to travel to the North part of this forest. We need to find the white oracles as soon as possible," I told her. And with the tiny light from the moon, I saw her pout. "Yeah but don't you think we need to rest a bit? Those dark spirit knights drained all my strength," she complained which made me chuckle. "I think you're right. After all we're all exhausted after that intense fight ,we all deserve to rest," I agreed with her. "Let's look for a safe place to camp," Lyndon suggested. We all agreed and look for a safe place to stay. Leanna walked farther from us so she could check if the area is safe.
