Emily glanced at the mirror one last time, smiling proudly at her reflection. The stylist had kept to her word and ensured she dazzled in purple. She was dressed in a deep purple gown hugging her curves before flaring slightly above the knees. Delicate cap sleeves and a modest v-neck showed just the right amount of skin.

She had taken extra time with her makeup, dusting lilac shadows onto her lids and blending a rosy flush onto cheekbones. Glittering purple lip gloss made her smile sparkle. Pulling her long dark hair over one shoulder in loose waves completed the look.
