Chapter Seventy Two

Gwyneth's POV

"One of the best camping ever!" Zaina exclaimed and giggled at the same time.

It was the best camp for her because that was her first and probably be her last camp. All of her experiences were always best for her, and I never hear her muttered something that disappoints her, aside from academic of course.

I focused my attention on the food and let her blabbered as long as she wants. She will never stop talking though whether I talk to her or not. I'm used to it. I'm really used to her annoying and nonstop babble.

"Anyway, you didn't come back after you met with Mister Smith. Is there something wrong happened the day he called you out?” she queried, her attention was now on me, and guess like it will be a long journey of question and answer for the both of us.

“Laziness overtook me the moment I was about to come back there,” I simply replied for I can't think of any lies as of this moment.
