A week after, I felt better now. Honestly, to rest for a week but Dale insisted and took a one week leave for me. I persuaded him but I never won. He was first with his decision. I didn’t argue with him because I know that he only wants the best for me.
“Oh no, Ms. Zyah!” Fatty exclaimed when I told her what happened to me when I came back to work. “That’s not really the place you should go!”
“Fatty, don’t blame yourself.” I tried to calm her down. I leave a gentle pat on her shoulder. “It was my fault. I didn’t read the paper you gave me first. I must have misplaced it and taken something else.”
