CHAPTER 2
A YEAR LATER/Dennis's Point of View/The telephone rang, distracting me from the task at hand but I ignored it. My fingers grasped a handful of brunette hair belonging to the hot model on her knees. I groaned as her tongue ran across my tip. Slowly, her warm mouth engulfed my length, giving it a good suck. The damn phone rang again."Fuck" I cursed under my breath and picked up the call. "What?!""Where are you?" My brother, Derrick's voice came through from the other end of the line."I'm busy" I replied, trying not to breathe too heavily. There was a brief silence on the other end before Derrick laughed. "Don't tell me you're getting a blow job""Idiot! What do you want?" I didn't bother denying it, cause it was true.He chuckled, then continued. "Mom has organized a party and she wants us to come"I rolled my eyes. How typical of our mother to make spontaneous decisions, yet expect everyone to accept them. "What time is the party?""Eight O'Clock". Derrick answered."I'll meet you guys there." I hung up before he could say something stupid. Derrick was the youngest of us three although we are triplets and only three minutes apart.I looked down at the girl whose name I can't even remember. "See you some other time".She looked up at me. "But you haven't-""Don't worry about that, you should go," I said in an authoritative voice that the omega obeyed without further questions. She got up, got dressed, and dashed out of my office. I was no longer in the mood, any news about my mother made my belly churn, and such a feeling hardly goes well with sex.I quickly zipped up my pants and buckled my belt. My eyes darted to my Rolex wristwatch: 6 Pm. I had two hours to get ready for whatever shenanigan my mother had planned. I gathered my necessary belongings and headed out of my office, passing my assistant's desk on the way."Good night, Mr. Wesley!" She greeted, looking up from the computer on her desk"Good night, Helen" I made my way down to my place. All my plans for tonight would have to be canceled.*** The paparazzi buzzed as our car rolled up in front of the party venue, popularly known as the Castle. I stepped out of the car in my black designer suit. Daniel and Derrick wore similar designs, making it hard to tell us apart. We were identical in everything, that was our way of confusing the nosy press. To the rest of the world, the Wesley brothers were Playboy billionaires, and we liked keeping it that way. We went straight into the building, ignoring the group of girls swooning over us. I was curious to know what the special occasion was that made my mother host a red carpet-event.Despite her annoying behavior, my mom's ability to host breathtaking events was second to none. The ballroom walls were white, and the floors glistened like the surface of a lake. Glass chandeliers hung from the ceiling. Around thirty guests had already arrived. Each table had at least two chairs surrounding it. Smooth music played in the background, creating a warm and groovy ambiance.Mom emerged from the small cluster of people gathered at the end of the hall—and sauntered toward us. She wore a blue dress that matched the color of her eyes. "My wonderful sons". She grinned and kissed each of us on the cheek. "Welcome.""What is this party for, Mom?" Derrick asked the question on my mind. She chuckled. "Oh relax a bit, will you? Can't a mother worry about her sons?"Daniel, Derrick, and I shared a look."What is going on here?" I asked more firmly."Fine." She raised her hands like she had been caught. "I know that you boys have been taking care of everything and being great leaders of the Red Moon Pack, but a time has to come when you will choose a mate.""What the heck, Mom? I can't believe you dragged us out here just to say this". Daniel groaned in frustration. She placed her hands on her waist. "Oh, come on... the playboy persona has gone on for far too long now, it's time you boys settle down.""I told you I don't want a mate!" I argued back, ignoring the people who were nosing into our conversation. She scanned my face. "And why wouldn't you want one?""Well, for starters, having a mate didn't end well for Dad, did it?" I retorted.I could see the light slowly fade from her eyes. She looked down for a second and returned her gaze to me. "It wasn't my fault-""You getting romantically involved with another alpha and causing a war that led to my father's demise, is not your fault?" I scoffed. "Whatever.""I know you hate me for that, but please, just mingle with the omegas. They are all from reputable families and packs. Think about your father's legacy at least." After saying this, she walked away. That was when I realized that the entire guests were made up of females; omegas mostly. They were each beautiful but I don't care. Anything that concerns my mom does not concern me."Come on guys, I'm going home," I said to Derrick and Daniel."We're coming too". They chorused. As we were heading for the exit, my eyes caught sight of the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. The world around me froze and started to disappear.Who is this girl? She had the prettiest smile, blonde hair that fell over her shoulders. Her silver dress hugged her striking hourglass figure and flowed down to her heels. Those green eyes stopped on us as she accessed all three of us. She walked in our direction.I never felt the need to talk to girls because they often threw themselves my way before I could say a word. But for the first time, I was worried about making a good impression. In my mind, I prepared the words I was going to say, but as she drew closer, those words seemed to disappear into thin air.She stood in front of me, those big eyes glared at me. "You're in my way, MOVE!!!"CHAPTER 72 HENRIETTA POV I found myself in a state of profound contemplation as I perched upon my bed in the early morning. The weight of my thoughts bore heavily upon me, for the events of the previous night had left me wounded and introspective. It was during this solitary moment that I grappled with the insults hurled at me by my three sons, and the remorseful recollection of the unsavory actions I had committed against my own family, most notably the painful decision to abandon my husband for another man.As the first rays of sunlight filtered through her bedroom window, my countenance betrayed the tumultuous storm brewing within me. The echoes of my sons’ harsh words reverberated through my mind, each syllable piercing her heart like a thousand tiny arrows. The sting of their insults was not merely a fleeting discomfort, but rather a deep-seated wound that gnawed at my soul. I brooded over the accusations, dissecting each one with a meticulousness that only heightened my anguis
Chapter 71 DENNIS POVIt’s morning already and still didn’t hear anything from Cassandra, still no clue of her whereabout. I and my brothers tried not to fall deeply asleep but it’s just almost impossible to deprive oneself of sleep as it’s a natural occurrence. I woke up at exactly 6:15 am, stretching my arms forth and back, took a glass of wine and sat on my bed. Almost forgetting the dismay and disaster that had torn our hearts into pieces. After a short while, Daniel and Derrick advanced into my room and reminded me of the reason we’re restless Hey! Dennis, you should get ready, i and Daniel have had a little chat before coming to your room. We’ve decided to inform the authorities, I think it’s a good idea, Said Derrick. On hearing that, all the previous event darted into my head In a speed of light and I said dysfunctionally, oh! CHAPTER 70 Daniel povIt’s evening already brothers, “where the hell is Cassandra”? I mean….., where could she have gone without setting down any clue of where she could have gone?, I said in a provoked manner.Come on daniel, this is not the right time to get upset, she’s been out since morning and yet she’s not back, we should be worried. Said DerrickOf course I’m worried….. I am truly worried, I said In a frustrated tone. But sincerely speaking, where could cassy have gone to since very early in the morning?, it’s 6:00 pm already and she isn’t back yet. Derrick lamented as he twists his wrist watch upright to look at the time DENNIS POV I was walking around the house restless, roaming around the corners of the living room, watching how concerned Daniel and Derrick are as they argue, laments and soliloquize aloud. They both muttered words to one another. I understood how restless and worried they were, I was as worried and concerned also that’s was why I couldn’t find a suitable
CHAPTER 69 Cassandra pov Cassandra and her brother were tied up together, backing each other with their hands tied behind their backs. It was a sorrowful experience for them but Cassandra didn’t want her brother to think about the situation they found themselves in, so she stylishly introduced a cheerful topic Ethan, do you remember how caring our parents were? It feels like they are still alive. I said wearing a smily face. I know, Cassandra. Our parents were always there for us, looking out for our well-being. They showered us with love and made sure we never felt alone. “Ethan added”.They were our biggest supporters, always encouraging us to pursue our dreams and become the best versions of ourselves. Remember when they used to take make us eat vegetables all because they believed it enhances strength and supplies blood I said jokingly. Yes, those moments were so comforting. They always made time for us, even amidst their busy schedules “said Ethan”. And they were great at crea

The morning was absolutely stunning, with the golden rays of the sun gently peeking through the curtains, casting a warm glow in the room. The chirping of birds outside filled the air, creating a delightful symphony of nature’s melodies. As I stretched and yawned, i couldn’t help but appreciate the tranquility and serenity that enveloped the world around him. The soft breeze whispered through the open window, carrying with it the scent of blooming flowers and freshly cut grass. The sky above was painted with hues of pink, orange, and blue, creating a breathtaking canvas that seemed to promise endless probabilities just at it seemed I was still lying on my bed when I heard footsteps approaching the door of my room waiting to see who it was. The door finally opened and it was DerrickHey brother!, Derrick haloed. Morning brother, what’s good?, I asked. “I’m fine Dennis”, but I’v
Chapter 67HENRIETTA POV:That was how they got into a deadly physical combat and started tearing each other apart, I uttered with a comical smile on my face, Mira and Vivian fixed a motionless gaze at my face and my funny smile became infectious which resulted into a thunderous laughter It was a sunny afternoon, I invited Vivian and Mira over to my house for a day filled with fun and laughter. As soon as they arrived, the trio embarked on an adventure that would leave them with memories to cherish forever.Being the prankster that I was, I decided to play a harmless joke on Vivian.I tiptoed towards the kitchen, grabbed a handful of flour, and quietly sprinkled it over Vivian’s head. As Vivian turned around, she was met with a cloud of white powder, causing her to shriek in surprise. The sight of Vivian’s flour-covered face sent the three of us into fits of laughter, our giggles echoing through the house. Not one to be outdone, Mira decided it was her turn to play a prank. She sneake
