Alice's point of view:
I've never got the chance to feel my bones changing shape, my skin rupture, and change to fur. I've never got the chance to have my teeth turning into fangs, neither had claws replacing my fingers. I do badly want to know how it feels to set your wolf free, to run in the woods as a wolf, to taste power, but I've never got the chance since I was born without a wolf.
Goodness! I still haven't introduced myself. I mean, where are my manners?
To sum up, my name is Alice wood, I'm eighteen years old. Daughter of Peter and Agnès wood, from the Silver Moon Pack. Both my mother and father were no warriors, no fighters, nor high-ranking wolves either - they were both Omegas.
I would've been a liar if for one second I claim not to be proud of my parents or of what they made me. They were indeed low ranking in our pack, but they were never close to being weak. The strength they both held was all I needed to be the person I am today.
Rather than being my idols in life, they taught me how to feel grateful for who I am, how to love myself, and how to be proud of who I want to be.
They gave me everything I needed to have, they taught me everything I needed to learn, and I would give my entire life to only have them by my side for an extra day.
The only one that keeps me from feeling alone and lonely is Joshua Black, future Alpha of the Silver Moon Pack.
Yes! A human offspring of two omegas is a close friend to a future alpha. The bond created between us was created a long time ago when I was still a child. Exactly when my father died trying to save Joshua's life.
Indeed, my father saved the young alpha from the claws of the deadly rogue. Yet, he wasn't that strong to survive that attack. He fought until his last breath, though he knew he wasn't going to win.
It was something I appreciated about my father. He never steps back, no matter what happens. My mother was not the same as my father. She used to believe that running could be the best way to survive.
The funny thing about it all was that they both share different perspectives on living. Yet, both their perspectives were the reason that caused their death.
Back to my father when he was fighting against the rogue... The pack members didn't arrive at the right time to save my father, neither cared to save him since the priority back then was for the future alpha, and my father was just an omega.
My mother couldn't take the pain of losing her mate, so without thinking even for a second about me - she decided to join my father. She again picked the easy option, which is running far away, leaving me alone in this world.
Due to my father's brave act that cost him his life, I was invited to live at the packhouse. Of course, that didn't sound as much as a big deal to me. Especially after knowing that I no longer was able to see either my father or my mother.
Imagine all the pain a girl shall have to face after losing her parents while she's just ten. It was hard for me to accept all that was happening, especially when I knew that it was all because of me.
Well, all that pain was gone the moment I met Joshua. An instant bond was created between the both of us, a bond that was mistaken to be a futuristic mate bond.
Both Alpha Asher and Luna Ema lived in anxiety and horror for about six years.
Wanna know why? I'll tell you why.
As an alpha, no one would want an offspring out of a weak omega for his only child. Relief runs through both their veins when I and Joshua reach our sixteen years old, especially when I ended up without a wolf.
It turns out that both of me and Joshua are not mates like everyone else expected. Still, the bond between us wasn't affected by such a thing. It was quite the opposite. The bond between us got stronger than before. It was more like a family tie than the two lovers' one.
We were both over-protected toward each other, which caused us to mostly fight against each other. Still, we took care of each other - mostly; he had my back whenever I got myself into trouble, which happens a lot.
We trusted each other more than we trusted anyone around us. We share secrets that no one knows but us.
He was the only one after my parents to know about my gift. What gift am I talking about? Well, it's not the type of gifts you might want, nor the one you can hate.
I am a sort of artist, but not the usual type of artist you might know about. I actually drew some parts from the future. It was actually one of my drawings that saved Joshua that day.
I was playing with my father when it happened; I saw a dead Joshua next to a huge wolf and I drew it on paper. When my father saw my drawing, he rushed to save Joshua and lost his life instead of Joshua.
My future visions are not always stable, a small butterfly effect can change them. Same as what happened with Joshua. My father's interruption changes Joshua's fate, and instead of him dying - my father died.
I couldn't be more grateful for the fact of having Joshua alive and by my side, yet I would've been happier if I got to keep my parents also by my side.
Lost though I was when the door of my room busted open, revealing the one and only Joshua.
" Guess what! You don't know what my father told me this morning?"
Joshua exclaims while his voice is full of happiness and joy. I rolled my eyes at his childish behavior, and before he was able to utter any other word - I took one of my paintings, then threw it at his face.

Alice's point of view: It was dark, still; I wasn't thinking of going back. I know, Evan was right calling me not the smart type. I should cherish my life in a better way than to sleep under the stars in the exact era when I was attacked with Josh by vampires. Why would I be here in the middle of the night? Well, I don't know. Perhaps because I'm a werewolf, and I shall not fear the night. I own the night actually, and if those bloodsuckers showed up in my way, I wouldn't mind trying the taste of their flesh. Well, there's also another reason. The red eyes guy. Didn't get the chance to thank him for saving my life. Perhaps he might show up here again. I know Evan warned me about him, but still, I can't stop myself from thinking about him. His red eyes are what I see whenever I close my eyes. I wonder what sort of eye color they hid behind. Lost in my thoughts I was when I felt someone watching. Didn't freak out because his scent was familiar to me. " Wanna join, or you'll keep w
Alice's point of view: After the shower, I went down for a normal breakfast. I wasn't surprised to meet Joshua for a second time in the kitchen. It's his favorite place after his office and the training field. Of course, like any other alpha werewolf - he eats a lot, which gave me the exact wonderful reason to tease him. " So, this is how you're planning on getting ready for meeting your mate - alpha boy! I already feel sorry for her." I said while shaking his head playfully. He rolled his eyes before he decided to answer me. " Rich coming from you, Alice! At least, I'm making a move, but you, on the other hand, you're doing nothing but watching me." " Your move is to fill your tummy?" I wasn't able to hide the laughing bursting out of my speech before I decided on joining him by snatching the waffle he was enjoying. " Hey! How dare you? That's mine..." He snapped at me, and I was busily devouring his waffles than caring about what he was saying. The reason why I cut him off wh
Alice's point of view: I ran out toward the training field only to meet Hunter. Can my day have a chance to get even worse? I've tried to turn back while intending to avoid him. The thing is that he spotted me before I could run away. "Hey! Alice..." He called after me and I took my time while being in a deep conversation with my inner demons about if I shall keep running or I had to answer him back. You might be wondering who's that Hunter guy I'm trying to avoid, or actually escape and you have all right too. Well, he was my secret crush, that he's not a secret anymore. Let me tell you how it all started. When I and Joshua turned sixteen, we were both relieved knowing that we're not each other's mates. I mean, we tease each other most of the time; we understand each other without even speaking, we both have the same age. The most important thing was that we love each other, but not the way mates do. Back to my initial story with Hunter. The thing was that when we turned sixte
Alice's point of view: "Hunter! Hey ... What's up." I've tried to act normally which wasn't easy at all. I mean, you would feel the same if you were me right now. Not that he knows about my feelings toward him, but also, he is hyper attractive. A well-built tall figure that can not go unnoticed, and that goes well with his angelic face. Tan skin, chocolate brown eyes, and dirty blond hair; all together are mixed to create such a good-looking creature named Hunter. " Why were you running away?" He asked while I was lost in his charm, only when he spoke that I was brought back to reality. " I wasn't, not at all. Why would I run? " I answered back with a silly laugh, trying again to hide the embarrassment I was feeling. " I don't really know! I was trying to get in touch with you for about months, but you seem to vanish whenever I spot you. Is there anything that annoys you about me?" Your twin sister, if you could get rid of somehow it would be better, not just for me but for eve
Alice's point of view: The flight toward Alaska took over ten hours before we landed at the airport. I still remember the look on both of Joshua's parents when he declared his wish on taking me along with him to the coronation ceremony. It still made me laugh, though it already happened a day ago. Once we've landed, we found some black cars waiting not only for us but also for another Alpha who had just landed the same as us. " Alpha Blake? Joshua Blake?" exclaimed one of the drivers placed beside the black cars while approaching us. " Exactly!" Answer him, Joshua, while looking much more mature than the normal I know about him. " I would love it if you join me, please." As the driver was done speaking, Joshua nodded to him as we both followed after him. The drive from the airport to the place took also much time as it was about three hours now. Even so, we didn't reach our destination. The restless feeling I was having was getting stronger the closer we got to the hot destinat
Alice's point of view: The whole thing was out of what even I could imagine. I had a mate, and I found him the same day with Joshua. The funny thing was that both of our mates were Lycans and ready to mate with each other. Funny, isn't it? I wanted to calm Joshua, who was by my side, on the verge of losing his control. Yet, I couldn't since I was even feeling worse than he was feeling. Unable to breathe, I decided to leave the hall and run outside. While getting away, someone appeared on my way. He was the most handsome man I've ever seen, a tall elegant man with a very handsome face. Hazel's eyes that suit his pale lovely ski. He had the best neckline I've ever witnessed which led to his very fine body. His body was another level of beauty, his muscles were neither big nor small – the perfect size. I stand there frozen in a dark force, note that it was night when I decided to run out of the palace. He stepped toward me fearlessly, then took a grab on my hand. Sparks started
Alice's point of view: Three months later... I stood in front of New Orleans University hoping this would be the new start I was looking for. Three months have passed, yet I still can not forget about that night. After that exact night, none of me and Joshua were the same. Just like me, his mate didn't want him. She didn't even give him a chance to speak for himself. The moment she noticed him moving toward her, she asked the guards to throw him out of the palace. Unfortunately, to him and fortunately to me that he was thrown out of the palace. Otherwise, I would've ended up unconscious in the middle of nowhere. The moment I was up, we both took our way toward the pack, not knowing what happened. Yet, agreeing to keep everything that happened that night in between us. Not talking about it doesn't mean that what happened that night never happened. Add to the fact of me releasing that immense amount of power that affected not only the prince who was by my side, also the people insi
Alice' point of view: The moment Evan and his squad stepped inside, everyone's attention went right at them. Their majestic Lycan appearance stole everyone's attention, which serves me well for now. Well, I could've considered that as a sort of good luck if I wasn't already in too much trouble. One of my bones cracks, making a sound that stole Joshua's attention from his mate to me. Another bone cracks, leading me to scream. "Your eyes, they're red again... You're shifting!" Whispered Joshua inside of my ears. The pain I was feeling at the right moment was more than what I could handle, and unconsciously I found myself begging for his help. " Help me, please! It hurts." " I know! It always hurts the first time, it's never easy." He whispered close to my ears. "You don't have to worry, you will make it. I won't leave your side, I promise." He took off his jacket and threw it in my head while intending to hide my face, specifically my eyes. He suddenly took me in his arms whi
