The bright sunlight flooded inside the room and it hit directly at Leila's face— making her wake up from her sleep. She stared directly at the plain white ceiling. Feeling exhausted, Leila could barely get up and she felt a throbbing headache so she placed her hand on her forehead for a bit. Before she could move further, Leila extended her touch to the other side of the bed, searching for Dominick who was nowhere to be found. Upon realizing that his side of the bed was empty, Leila jerked up and sat upright. She picked up her phone and checked what time it was because she noticed how bright the day had become. 10 a.m!. Leila panicked and she stood up immediately. She shoved her legs into the furry slippers on the floor and she rushed outside the room. Leila didn't bother to wash her face, all she wanted was to see Dominick that morning before he left. By the time she reached the living room, Liam informed her that Dominick had already left and Shantelle went out with him. Leila frown
