CHAPTER 41

Amber’s POV

As I returned to Clayland, I felt a deep sense of sadness and heartbreak. The memories of Dale’s latest betrayal in his vacation house lingered in my mind, and I struggled to find solace in the familiar surroundings of my home.

Despite my pain, I threw myself into decorating the residence, determined to create a space that was both beautiful and comforting even to someone like me. I spent long hours picking out furniture, choosing color schemes, and hanging artwork on the walls.

While redecorating my home, I found the process of creating something new and beautiful was therapeutic. It gave me a sense of purpose and control, which I badly needed in the aftermath of Dale’s betrayal.

Gradually, the residence began to transform into a space that was uniquely mine. The walls were painted in warm, inviting colors, and the furniture was arranged in a way that made the rooms feel cozy and inviting.
