Chapter Fifteen

Zoe’s first birthday was in two days and Rob was planning a themed party for her. He had run through several ideas with Rachel, but she had rejected all of his suggestions so far.

“You seem to have forgotten that this party isn’t for you,” said Rob sulkily. “Besides, Zoe is a baby and she’s going to like whatever we do, so why all the fuss?”
