Tristan Pov

I got to convince my brother to stay, he had no choice anyway. Since I have been pronounced the Alpha king. I had allies in different packs that could help me fight. I was stronger and more powerful.

There was no need fighting something that was already lost, he gave up and decided to stay away. He chose to stay at the villa and to keep him busy, I handed him over some of the business.

Fate had it I was going to meet her again, only if she knew how long I had been searching for her and it turned out she was my mate. She still can't remember our last encounter or does she think I was going to forget those dazzling blue eyes that took my worries away.

We spoke lengthy before she was taken by her uncle. Why does she want me to reject her? The position every wolf could kill for.

“Hi Tristan” I heard someone call, it was the same girl who had pushed her earlier, she was arms close with Alpha Damien. Is she her Luna? I turned to face them.

“Selena is a troublemaker you can't get close to her. She is good at destroying nice things”

“You know Selena”

“We have known her for a long time.The pack have spent so much resources on her and she turned to be a weak orphan”

I knitted my brows in annoyance as I watched her downgrade my mate but I needed more information I could get.

‘She was an orphan’! Life must have really been hard on her. I nodded my head waiting for her to continue.

“She have been rejected Three times”

“Three times” I muttered in surprise at why a goddess like her would go through those troubles. Selena was a beauty to behold, pristine skin, sparkling blue eyes and sexy lips.

Why would someone reject her, is there something more to the rejection apart from her being woofless and weak. Dazzled with so much curiosity to know I asked.

“Why?”

“The question is why not? She is a pathetic woofless she-wolf, just because she…”

“Enough!” Damien yelled at her.

“What the hell? Is it because you rejected her”

“Wait, you rejected her,” I asked Alpha Damian.

“Yes, she was my mate”

“Your mate” I laughed slightly. This was getting more interesting. Yeah, he was blessed to have such beauty as his mate and yet he rejects her. If only they knew the good side of her.

“She is just so pathetic to have been rejected three times” I got furious at Calista using it to mock her, she doesn't have the guts to talk about my mate in such a manner.

“Hey, any more words from you. I will have you banished” I threatened

“What?” I guess she thought I was on her side, I just needed to get enough information about her.

“Josh, take her out of my sight” I commanded Josh to come to take her out. She begged with her eyes with Damien but there was nothing he could do. It was the Alpha king's command.

“Watch your pack closely or you will pay dearly for it” I said to Damien before walking out.

“Alpha king” I heard Selena call before me, she walked up to me with a smile plastered on her face.

“Selena”

“I changed my mind, I have decided to give us a chance “

“Really “

“Yes, I'm going to be your mate and Luna.

“But why?” I asked curiously why she suddenly changed her mind. Back then she didn't look like someone who was going to easily change her mind but I was willing to wait till she accepted me. I didn't care how long it took.

“I watched you teach someone who hurt me a lesson” she whispered to my ear and that moment I just couldn't think much due to her closeness.

“So when do you want to meet my pack”

“How about tonight?”

I took her hands into mine and led her to the pack house.

“Welcome to my abode, make yourself feel at home I get this to your room”

I left her still checking out the house and when I got back, she was going through the family album.

“What are you doing?” I asked

“Just checking out the pictures, is this your brother?” the picture of me, Alexander and my parents was displayed, we all looked happy.

“Yeah”

“Why is he on a wheelchair?” she flipped to the next page and saw Alexander looking all healthy. That was when he turned 14.

“He really got sick”

“Sick! How is it possible he is healed now”

“I got a really nice doctor for him who helped him get better”

“That's really a good doctor” she said before she continued flipping across the photo album and when she was done, she stood up and brushed her lips against mine. I was frankly shocked at her altitude. Yeah I know she was my mate but I thought she was a naive girl.

“Kiss me” she said, pulling out.

“Umh” I stammered not knowing what to say to her.

“Don't tell me this is your first kiss” I brush my lips over her at first, a promise of more sending shivers down her spine. Her cologne was a light mix of cinnamon and mystery dizzy with desire.

I lifted her up from the ground and headed to the room, I dropped her to the bed staring into her eyes.

“Do you want this?” I asked uncertain if she had taken too much at the banquet.

“I want all of you Alpha king”

“No, call me Tristan” I blushed my lips against hers roaming through her soft body. My lips went over to her neck and sucked, earning a mourn from her. Her hands went underneath my shirt as she roamed her hand across my chest. I dropped soft kisses on her skin, teasing her the more. I'm going to take my time and watch her beg for more.
