Chapter 32- The Incident

Royce Miller's POV

After meeting with Mr. Wilson and agreeing on a contract signing, we took our lunch since it's almost twelve noon. I was already starving and I know Vera too. She told me before she doesn't eat rice in the morning but only takes a cup of coffee and slices of bread, so I'm sure she is now hungry.

"Uhm, you have a lovely EA Mr. Miller", Mr. Wilson complimented while we were taking our lunch. He was sitting opposite us and it's clear to me how his eyes were glued to Vera. I'm sure he was attracted to her because I can sense the way he stares and looks at her.

Mr. Wilson is the manager of Universal Music Records and is probably about my age. I heard some rumors that this man had just got a divorce from his wife because of his deceitfulness. Anyway, it's his life and it has nothing to do with our business deal. Only that he will not include Vera in his list of women or I'll become his daunting opponent that will knock him down in a single blow.
