Master of strategies

(Nisha's POV)

Now, this was finally making some sense. I could tell my right from my wrong now.

Maddox was the master of strategies. Everyone knew that including myself. It seemed I had forgotten that before. It was just making some sense to me.

Everything was clear. I had fallen a victim of Maddox's strategy. This showed that Maddox was more sly than me. I used to think that I was wiser than anyone and everyone else in the world. Now, Maddox had embarrassed me just by pulling some tricks which I couldn't resist. Maddox wasn't naturally a jester. I should have understood his scheme right from the time where he began to laugh unnecessarily. It didn't make sense but unfortunate for me, I didn't catch up to Maddox's movements. That was a big shame on me.

Anyway, I had more things to worry about. The case between I and Vivian couldn't be concealed anymore. I had to tell Maddox as sincerely as I could. It would surely look dumb but I was ready to take the risk.

"I hope you aren't planning
