"How was the concert?" Amanda's mum said over breakfast the following day.

"It was fine mum. Though I really didn't like it so well it's Emily that dragged me but to be honest, I kind of enjoyed it just a bit." she said, sipping her cup of tea.

"When I was your age, I really loved boy bands. They were called Mirage then but now, they've broken up but boy, could they play. I met your father on one of my outings." She blushed.

"Oh, so that's how you and Dad met." Amandaaughed.

"Yes and the rest is history then we had you, the most beautiful child." she said.

"I feel so special." Amanda laughed.

"You are. So darling, I'll be traveling next week. I need to sort out some things that need my attention urgently." she said.

"Oh okay, would dad be traveling too?" She asked.

"I don't think so. He'll be here for a while before he has to go anywhere." She said.
