Chapter 59: Harmonizing

“Please not in that room. Another one.”

A smile crept on Noah’s lips and his eyes out casting heavy shadow of amusement.

“Seriously Zhao?”

“Ahem, here.”

Clearing his throat, Edward open the adjacent room’s door for Noah to enter obviously with his wife in his arms, securely.

Entering the room, Noah placed Sophia on bed carefully, with smile still playing on his lips.

“I will do a quick check-up.”

Edward spoke clapping his hands.

“Noah, out of the room.”

Like a bird opening it’s wing, Noah entered the alert mode.

“Why?”

“She is my patient, you can trust me. Now out.”

Only communicating with necessities, Edward became busy with scooping the medical equipment’s out of his box.

“No.”

“What?”

Edward turned annoyed. He wanted everything to get over quickly and here Noah is still not done with his tantrums.

“I won’t go.”

Noah repeated himself. Exhaling, Edward started with the check up. He would prefer to talk to a stone rather than making him understand.
