Ariadne POV,

Disappointment continued to bubble through me as I scanned the room for Alpha Henry Bryson. He was taking way too much time to go out to the woods with Williams, I had the most intent to go with him, but I didn't, and I couldn't afford to look susceptible knowing who I am would endanger me, whatever it is out there, it would be great if I don't meddle, I wasn't her to serve as a saint but a killer which I have always been. I promised myself I would spend a day surveying his mansion and get a grasp of my plan, I would just have to stay here like this studying not that I wasn't freaked out or bothered but because I had to remain discreet for as long as it demands it.

"I have adored you and want for moments alone with you." I searched my brow up. "But don't worry I won't rush things, you look like the reserved type, full of mystery," Liliana muttered giving me a heartwarming smile, one I could say was out of the best intention.
