CHAPTER THIRTY-NINE - FIRST TIME

Mark was shirtless and yet the wide open window let in all the icy wind. However, the temperature inside was still incredibly pleasant.

"I already told you to go. As you can see, I'm fine." He pointed at himself and turned around.

"Well? That doesn't look right to me. You missed class today.

"I'm just tired.

"Ahem..." I looked at his body and his back. Messy hair and skin glistening with sweat. "Look at me.

"Mandy, go away. Please. You don't want to be here and it's a bad idea.

"If I didn't want to be here, I wouldn't be here. Let me help you." My body was starting to get weirder with every second I spent inside this room.

Mark turned away again and went to the window to close it when I started to shiver. What he didn't know was that it wasn't because of the cold that I was shivering.

"Sury is down there?" He asked.

"She was on her way out when I arrived. It's just the two of us here." I saw his shoulders tense.

"I'm sorry, I asked her not to come to your house.
