The old mansion was already filled with the pack members in the Council chamber, most of them bruised, some were unscathed— those who weren’t at that gathering. Most dead and some still unconscious.

A pack meeting was called just like Elias had predicted, he was there, fully seated and quiet, watching with keen interest his beautiful creation.

Ellen and Grandma rushed in, attending to the wounds of the members, each wounds more severe than the last.

“How did this happen?.” Grandma asked, confusion etched on her face.

“We were attacked by some Voltraks out of nowhere in a little get-together gathering that Covin hosted.” Geron explained, he managed to escape unscathed but the scene can never be erased from his memory.
