Chapter 23

Isaac POV

I got out of the shower and went to dad’s office. I looked around for Zariah and asked my dad, “Where did Zariah go?” He answered, “She went to her house to take a shower and get ready to go.” I nodded, “Thanks.”

I started to run out the door when Rolf started whimpering. I furrowed my brow, “What’s wrong Rolf?” Rolf answered, “Onyx says she has been taken by Big Creek pack.”

I gasped as I ran back to dad’s office, I motioned for dad to follow me then started running to Zariah’s house.

The first thing dad noticed were the two warriors on the ground. I was focused on getting inside the house. When I got to her room, I started panicking.

I found a guy on the floor, just outside of her closet. It looked like my mate had taught him a hard lesson in underestimating his opponent. I wanted to punch him again and ask where she was.
