The breeze from behind the bedroom window, seemed to be a comfort.  Here for the first time, Samuel felt true happiness and here, for the first time, he felt the deepest suffering. The memory of him ran through his mind at this time.

"You made a terrible mistake, Sam!"  One woman said, no anger in her words, only a frustrated voice.
