Chapter eleven: She is alive!

Matt rushed inside the hospital, running his fingers through his hair. He noticed John sitting on a chair looking down at his phone. “Where’s she?” Matt yelled. “She’s inside. I was waiting for the doctor to come out. Here she is.” He pointed at the doctor who was walking towards them.

“Who’s her partner?” the doctor said. They both looked at each other before he quickly spoke. “It is me. How is she? She is pregnant. Is the baby alright?” He asked breathlessly.
