~Punch’s Point of View~ I forced myself to change my entire mentality during this week to try and become Travis again, the male that Hazel would want and who she deserves. And now? I gotta get right back to Punch. A lot of humans think shifters are all talk, and maybe some are I guess. But not werewolves, and certainly not the Flying Death. ~Hazel’s Point of View~ Everything around me is a blur of voices, hands on me and who knows what. I feel my father’s warmth and I feel safe enough for now. Mate. I’m mated!! ~Hazel’s Point of View~ When I’m in a long hallway where every single door looks the same, Simone fully comes alive. She tells me with each door I pause at that it isn’t the right one. *Hazel? You’re so close where are you,* Travis asks, over mind-link. ~Hazel’s Point of View~ You’d think that since I had to go mate and dash, then spend the night without my male I’d be in a totally foul mood. Well, I’m not. I know he’ll be home, even if I don’t have an exact time. Being surrounded by his brothers, by his family somehow makes it okay. Somehow makes it not so shitty. “Haze! Hey, you feel like answering the phone,” Missile says, poking his head into the kitchen. I make a face, not quite understanding. He’s wearing his garage jumpsuit, in all black with his colorful arms sticking out of the cut off sleeves. His earrings sparkle like usual and his look is complete with a black backwards hat. *Don’t you look at him! Jeez,* Simone scolds. I clear my throat. I did mean to call Kylie about prom night! I need to get on that. “Who calls the packhouse,” I question, as I finish pouring myself some iced tea. It’s quite past breakfast but not quite lunch.
