“Dante, watch out!” I cried out as Ulcer pulled the trigger and a shot rang out.

I closed my eyes with horror, certain that Dante had just been shot on the head, and that he was probably dead on the ground.

“Shit!” Ulcer lamented through clenched teeth.

And another shot rang out.

I had to open my eyes, and it was just in time to see that Dante had actually dodged not only the first bullet, but also the second.

He lunged at Ulcer in a swift motion, and Ulcer had to let go of me to defend himself, but before he could achieve that, Dante had already knocked the gun off Ulcer’s hand.

Dante pushed Ulcer hard enough until he was on the ground and a scuffle began. Dante landed punches on Ulcer’s face, and for a moment, I thought Dante had everything under control until Ulcer kicked Dante hard and Dante fell off him.

Then Ulcer returned the favor by punching Dante as though he wanted to kill him quicker than he actually could.

I screamed and cried, but I couldn’t move a foot.
