LUCAS POV

When she was talking about her mom, I felt suppressed anger and emotions trying to spring up. After she ended the conversation and moved out, I couldn't understand myself again. She is just a sweet and jovial girl on the outside, but it's the opposite on the inside.

"She has passed through a lot, but it's silent on the outside", I thought to myself.

While lost in thought, my alarm rang that it was time to prepare for the office. I stood up and I alerted my office butler. While being sure that everything was in order, I moved into the bathroom and took a quick bath.
