15 "Not a monster after all"

The entire castle had gone quiet, it was completely silent by this point, as the day had finally ended and the king was finally back to his Kingdom. Driving his car and behind him multiple others. Kade came back after a long day of work outside.

Once Kade got out of the car, a cold breeze from the forest hit him, very strong. He could understand it was Mira, she was that scent. Kade released everyone from their duties and made his way towards his room.

“You’re back.” Mage called, making Kade turn, almost close to his bedroom.

“You are surprised to see me.”

“Thought you would come tomorrow.” Mage said, smiling.

“Hmm… did everything go as it should?” He asked, glancing at the stairs that went to Mira’s room.

“How is she?”

“Much better than before. Healthy and trying not to get in trouble. Mostly, Luna is afraid to come out of her room, but also not afraid to ask too many questions. She might be a human, but there is definitely a queen inside of her. Very stubborn.” Mage said, smiling at
