DimitriIt’s hard to look in the mirror sometimes. Realizing I’d been born with a curse. I am mateless. Loveless. MaliyahThis was probably the worst idea. Ever. One would think I’d have nothing more to worry about other than the death that was creeping around the corner thanks to the curse I’d been given. But whoever thought that obviously didn’t foresee that I was about to be thrown into the grounds and trained to become a warrior. The field was green, wide, and open. Before I knew it, Cain was already off to get Dimitri and Argan was being dragged out of my room. “Shame on you!” He exclaimed, “How dare you shame your pack like this! You’ll never belong anywhere!” Argan’s voice was full of venom as he screamed these words.
