Dimitri

It’s hard to look in the mirror sometimes.

Realizing I’d been born with a curse. I am mateless. Loveless. And the struggle to find an organic connection had been making itself way too difficult as years continue to pass.

When I turned eighteen and shifted, all I craved was the bond from one to another. I wanted the attachment, the attention, the unconditional love. And a lot of she-wolves had come and gone and attempted to be my Luna. As much as I despised it, I couldn’t blame them. Bloodsky is the strongest pack ever known. Anyone would kill to run with us.

I’ve always taken pride in that.

But it was difficult to accept that sometimes whenever I’d remember I was their cursed Alpha. Something about it made me feel undeserving of the place. All the alphas I knew had their Luna.
