This past year has flown by. In a couple of months, Alyssa will be 3 years old. Will, has moved on to someone else. He asked her to marry him last month. So now he is currently engaged. Does it hurt? Of course, it does, but I have become fine with just focusing on Alyssa and myself. Alyssa goes to daycare and I work in a doctor's office now. There are times where I want to pack up our things and move far away, but that's just not possible. For one, my parent's bought me this nice house for Christmas 2 years ago. Then, Will is here. I can't take Alyssa from her dad. The two of them have this bond that I can't even explain. Alyssa asked me a few days ago if she could go stay with her dad. I know she didn't mean permanently. I mean she's only about to be 3, but just her being able to ask me that broke my heart a little.

It has been nearly 2 months since that night at the club. Ever since that night, JP has been coming to my house every weekend. Some weekends we just hang out with the kids and then other weekends, we are kid-free and you know what that means. You are probably wondering how the emotional part of this is going. That part is very complicated. Of course, we are catching feelings with all the time we spend together but I refuse to become dependent on any man again.
