It has been nearly 2 months since that night at the club. Ever since that night, JP has been coming to my house every weekend. Some weekends we just hang out with the kids and then other weekends, we are kid-free and you know what that means. You are probably wondering how the emotional part of this is going. That part is very complicated. Of course, we are catching feelings with all the time we spend together but I refuse to become dependent on any man again. I know at any minute JP or myself could meet someone. No, I'm not looking. Is he? That I can't tell you. I don't ask because I don't want to know.
Alyssa has been staying with her dad and Kasey a good bit. She tells me all the time, "Mommy, I love you but I want to go to daddy's." What am I supposed to do? Tell her no. Tell her I want her here with me? I think she likes going over there so much because Kasey keeps her niece a lot.
