Chapter 9

Gabriel stood quietly watching Azazel explain the prophecy to Daniel. Despite the Great Hall feeling peaceful Gabriel was broken inside. He felt an unbearable sadness for his son. The basin quickly changed scenes, Daniel was now standing at Abigail's apartment building. Gabriel could no longer stand to see how far his favorite son had descended into the darkness. Surely his will was stronger than that.

"Father, you saw didn't you?" Wyatt asked as he made his way through the white marble walls. " He is one of them now. It's too late to save him."

"No it's not too late Wyatt." Gabriel was firm in his belief that it was never too late and anyone could be saved.
