“Are you sure there's nothing wrong?“ I asked Drew again.

He rolled his eyes. “For a person who claimed to be very hungry, you're quite talkative,'' he said before gliding out of the kitchen.

Honestly, one day, I'm going to have to kill this ghost and ship his body down to France for his brothers to find. Ignoring his snarky comment, I sashayed out of the kitchen, my tray in hand and went to the dining room. Placing it on the table, I dragged a seat out and made myself comfortable on it.

I squealed with delight inwardly as I ogled my food. Okay, I've got to admit that my assembled meal was beautiful. Now, I see why Drew always stressed having patience when cooking meals.

Food is art.

“Are you going to keep staring at the food until it gets cold or you're going to eat it?" Drew asked, irritatedly.

"What's got your panties in a twist?“ I asked him, taking a bite of my toasted bread.

"Mmm, this tastes heavenly," I moaned.
