He's the last person she'd want to see her this way, but what can she do? No other choice, and there's one other thing.

Despite the fact that he's not with his memories of her right now, he's not looking at her like a stranger, and that calmed her heart down a bit.

The sounds of gunshots are still coming from the other sections, shaking the place as they started at each other.

"I... I'm sorry" she said before she knew it, remembering that day at the warehouse when he got shot in the head all because of her.

"Did you do something worthy of apology?" He replied, his eyes softening, and a lone tear fell from her eyes, but then her eyes widened.

"Silver! Silver is...

"She's under my radar" he cut her off, his eyes not leaving hers for a beat, and she hiccupped, the tension between them thick like a brick.

His eyes landed on her barefoot, and he took off his black shoes before walking to her.

He squatted in front of her, and he immediately got an image of this moment in his head.

He could see himself wearing sneakers on her foot in front of the casino at night.

"Have I done this before?" He asked, and she nodded.

"Yes, and that was the night I started falling for you" she replied, and he paused for a bit before finally wearing the shoes for her.

As expected, they're bigger than her legs, so she smiled dryly when he rose.

He took her hand and guided her out of the section.

She followed, dragging the shoe on the ground.

The shootout is still hot, and Silver was still laying low in her cell when she suddenly noticed the absence of BJ.

When did he even leave, and where did he go?

She crawled on the ground till she got to the bathroom door and entered, expecting to see him there, but he's nowhere.

She stood up, looking around with her heart in her throat.

Not BJ again.

No he can't be gone.

Pearl got taken already so BJ can't go too.

She can't be the only one who'd escape this place after all their sufferings.

She started crying, but then she saw something black at the back of the toilet seat.

She went there and saw a scattered burner phone on the floor.

Also ...part of the bathroom ceiling is open.

She closed the toilet seat and climbed it so she could dip her hand into the open ceiling.

The note fell from her, and she followed, falling on her butt to the ground.

She was still deep in thoughts when she heard someone entering the cell, so she stood and stepped out.

She has promised herself to never cry again all her life, but maybe she'd make an exception today cos right in front of her is Xavier, her father.

Xavier has tears in his eyes too... Tears of joy.

He dropped his walking cane and started limping to her, but she ran to him halfway and threw herself into his arms, crying emotionally.

"Father" she sobbed.

"I'm sorry. I am so sorry, Silver. I should have searched harder, I should have found you earlier... I'm so useless" Xavier cried.

"I was abused sexually countless times, and I was tortured and beaten!" She raised her crying volume, and Xavier nodded.

"They're all paying for it, i promise. Everyone of them" he said, stroking her hair fondly as he cried into it.

"My girl grew so much" he said, and she broke the hug with a teary face.

"Where's my tall baby?" she said, and then Roonie came in behind Xavier.

Xavier had to step aside, and Silver covered her mouth with both hands, feeling overwhelmed with emotions as she stared at him.
