"B...B...BJ?" Her voice came in a broken stutter, and a smile formed on BJ's tricky face as Roonie went still, his back still on him.

"Hush, baby. I'm not here to kill your sweetheart" BJ said, but before he could take another breath, Roonie already spun around, and despite the fact that Pearl is still tangled to him, he was able to elbow the gun away from BJ's hand.

The pistol flew to the wall, bounced back and landed on the ground.

"Shit!" BJ started running to get it

Roonie quickly dropped Pearl, and before she could protest, he shut the door at her face, locking her in.

The remaining guards began shooting again, but it was BJ who faced them this time, firing the remaining six down in a row.

Roonie stood behind him, unmoving as he watched him.

BJ took a long breath after shooting the last one, then he smiled before facing Roonie.

"I only wanna talk, and I didn't wanna face you, reason for placing the gun at your head...sorry" he said, still maintaining the smile.

He didn't get a warning before Roonie drove his fist into his face, punching him violently.

BJ pivoted to the only chair in that corridor, hurting his elbow and face, but he spranged up almost immediately.

"I told you I only wanna talk!" He said, looking pissed already, but Roonie drove his fist into his face for the second time.

BJ staggered this time, hurting his face again, then he returned the punch, but Roonie was quick to sway sidewards.

He grabbed BJ's arm and twisted it, flipping him over his shoulder and throwing him against the wall.

"Urghh! Brutal!" BJ groaned, spitting out blood.

Meanwhile, Pearl is busy hitting the door, wanting out cos she's seeing everything from the big hole on the old door.

"Xhen! Xhen stop! Xhen!!" She was shouted, banging the door at the same time as BJ stood again.

Roonie returned his guns and drew out his sword-belt, placing it on BJ's neck.

BJ went still immediately, not moving an inch for the fear of getting cut.

"I told you I only wanna talk... aren't you Xavier's son?" He said through bloody teeth.

"Who, pray tell are you?" Roonie replied, firmly holding the sword handle.

"I'm Arrow, the silicone mask maker your father has been searching for....for two months now" BJ replied, trying not to even breath.

"And?" Roonie replied expressionlessly.

"I've been here for a year and some months now. Actually, I knowingly made myself get kidnapped, and I've been using this place as my perfect hiding place since no one is suspicious of the environment. You see, I'm a worldwide criminal and so many organizations are after me, including Richard. I made his mask" BJ explained.

"Who the fûck is Richard?" Roonie replied, still not lowering his sword and his eyes slashing.

"Oh I forgot you lost your memory. He was the one who kidnapped and brought your girl here." BJ said fast.

"And what's his new face?" Roonie asked tactfully, finally lowering his sword-belt.

BJ sighed and snapped his fingers, then two of his own men entered the corridor.

They actually entered the hospital secretly with Master X's men earlier, and they've been hiding since the start of the fight according to BJ's orders.

One of them handed a picture to Roonie, and he took it sharply.

In the picture, is Richard's silicone face.

"He calls himself Prof. Hayden whenever he wears the mask, and he was once a lecturer at your Alma matter" BJ explained.

Roonie studied the picture for long, trying to figure out where he has seen the face before.

He couldn't, no matter how much he searched his head...

Maybe it's another of his lost memories, but nevertheless, he's gonna make sure this motherfûcker pay for this.

He might not be with his memories right now or remember how he bonded with Pearl, but the fact still remains that she's HIS.

She said it herself... she's the fox, his fox... His property.

He has a inborn habit of protecting what's his even if it takes his life.

That side of him spranged to life, and he could surely smell the scent of blood as he looked up at BJ who's still waiting.

"Why are you giving me this Intel? You want a payment, or did you repeny?" He said stonily, and BJ smiled again.

"Repentance is overrated. I do what puts food on my damn table, and also...i grew a strong connection with Pearl during her stay here, she's my baby" he said, and that earned him another hit.

Roonie punched him on the chest this time, and BJ staggered on the chair again.

"Darn it! Your punches are poisonous" he joked, spitting blood again.

"Call her baby again, and I'll make it difficult for you to even drink water" Roonie glared toxically.

BJ stood, nodding once.

"Fine. Your father promised billions for whoever reveals it. Tell him I want the cash as soon as possible. See you soon, or not" he said, waving as he turned the other way.

He left with his two boys, and Roonie sighed, folding the paper in his pocket before going back to the door.

He opened it, and Pearl stepped out, looking tired and worn-out.

There are streaks of tears on her face, and her lips are already peeling. Her skin is dry and rough, and her eyes are red... He could feel the hotness even without touching her.

Pearl shifted from one foot to another, folding under the scrutiny of his eyes.

He's the last person she'd want to see her this way, but what can she do? No other choice, and there's one other thing.
