ROONIE'S PLACE*

Roonie smiled inwardly.

Gawd knows he likes when she's in her defensive mode like this.

The way her expression changes to wild and the way her pupils move is a scene to pay for.

"You bit me too the first time I kissed you" he replied expressionlessly.

"Is this your payback? Huh?" She hit him on the chest with those small fist of hers again, and he caught her hand.

"Come here" he pulled her out of the bathroom, and she followed like a little doll.

They got to the bedroom and he pushed her to sit on his bed.

She made to stand, but he pushed her down with her shoulders.

He pushed his hand away and tried standing again, but he pushed her back with her head this time.

"I'm wet! The bed will get soaked!" She glared.

"You're wet?" He raised his brows with a knowing smirk.

"That's not what I mean motherf...

He threw a towel at her face before she could finish, and that stopped her from talking as she dragged it down from her face.

"Sit still, it's my bed. I can always change the sheets" he said, opening the wardrobe.

There's no other colour of clothes in there except black.

What the hell is wrong with this guy?

He fished out two black joggers and two hoods before closing the wardrobe.

Without warning, he pulled down his wet slacks, and her eyes widened when she saw his ass again.

"Stop doing this!" She closed her eyes.

Roonie said nothing as he put on the joggers and shirt, then he took the second set to her.

He placed them on her laps, and she opened her eyes.

Her hair is not dried yet, so he took the towel from her and began drying it.

"I can do it myself" she raised her hand to take it, but he pushed it back.

"Be a good girl, little fox" he said.

She kept her hand down, letting him do it.

While he's at it, she noticed his open arm skin.

He has no tattoos like Hyce and Axel, and she wondered why.

Tattoos are like a prove of power in this part of Spain, so she expected his body to be full of it, and the fact that he's the leader of The Vikings..

"You don't have any tattoo at all?" She touched his arm before she knew it.

"I have one, it's hidden" he replied.

"Where?" She asked curiously.

"You sure you wanna know?" He replied, and she gasped.

"No, I'll pass" she replied, and he dropped the towel.

She entered the bathroom to change into the new clothes, and when she came back, she saw tiger with him already.

"What's it's name?" She asked.

"Buddy" he replied.

"Hey Buddy!" She crouched in front of it.

"Why would you even keep a tiger as a pet? Devil" She said, stroking Buddy's body.

"Dogs and cats are boring" he replied, brushing back his semi-wet hair

"But birds aren't boring" she said defensively, standing to face him.

"Because you like birds?" He pushed his hands into his pocket with dipped brows.

"Yeah. I had a Lovebird when I was 10, but it died before I even turned 11, I cried for days" she pouted, and he poked her nose tip with his finger.

"Cute" he commented.

She looked up at him, and immediately their eyes met, she wants to badly grab his face and kiss him again without minding her wounded lip.

She wants to feel his tongue properly this time, but...

"Teal!" She suddenly remembered.

"What about her?" He replied, and she rushed out of the room.

She flew down the flight of stairs.

Downstairs , she met Hyce with Axel who arrived two minutes ago

"Look who we have here" Axel said, stealing from Hyce's bowl of rinds.

"Where's Teal?" Pearl asked.

"She left some minutes ago without drinking the coffee I made her, pity" Hyce replied.

"Darn" Pearl muttered, going back upstairs to get her bag.

She came back almost immediately, Roonie trailing behind her.

"You're leaving already?" Hyce stood.

"Yeah, ciao" Pearl replied.

"At school" Hyce scrunched his nose, and Pearl chuckled as she rushed out of the Loft.

Roonie followed her to the door, and he watched her getting in her car.

She winded down the window and gave him a slight smile which he didn't return, then she drove off.

He went back in, joining his friends.

"Rook came here" Hyce announced.

"News of the fuçking year. What did he say?" Axel asked.

"Thank you, Banks. For saving me from untimely death" Hyce replied dramatically, and Axel laughed.

"That bastard" He said.

"He learned earlier than expected" Roonie eplied, looking bored, and they both faced him.

"Intense" they chorused.

Roonie checked the time. "One hour to go" he said, standing up.

"I think Pearl brought you this" Hyce pointed at a plastic bag on the table, and Axel quickly jumped to it.

He opened it fast and saw the tequila and red apples.

Roonie snatched it from him. "You have no right to touch it, jackass" he glared.

"Chill, bro, and you need to fix the malfunctioning lights" Axel patted him, and Roonie made sour faces as he began climbing the stairs.

"The Vans and trenchcoat dude, it's been a while since he appeared. I'm curious" Hyce said.

"It's a She" Roonie replied, and they both spranged to their feet at the same time.

"You caught the culprit already?" Hyce asked.

"Who's she?" Axel added.

Roonie gave them a dry smile before going upstairs completely.

"Bastard, say what you know!" They rushed after him, but Roonie already shut the door when they arrived.

Roonie picked one from Pearl's apples and started eating, remembering what happened this morning.
