Teal's smile disappeared, and she stood, going upstairs.

UPSTAIRS*

Roonie's room is empty when Pearl arrived, but his phone is on the bedstand.

She took it and saw the preview of last night's notifications on his lock screen.

Meaning he hasn't touched his phone this morning.

Isn't he supposed to be in bed according to Hyce?

Where's he? Is he actually ok?

She dropped the phone and saw the second door which leads to the bathroom.

She opened it, and she was surprised to see Roonie inside the big king-sized tub.

His black slacks is still on, but he's shirtless, and his lips are pale like he's sick.

Despite the fact that it's morning, He's sweating on the chest. His eyes are closed.

"Roonie?" Pearl went in fast, kneeling beside the tub.

"Roonie, are you ok? Roonie" she called worriedly, holding his arm to shake him with.

No movement.

"Roonie i? Ron....

His eyes flicked open this time, and the bloodshot state threw her off guard.

Her eyes widened beyond limits, but she didn't get to comprehend before he grabbed her by the arm, pulling her down.

She landed with him inside the tub with a rough turbulence, and the water poured all around them.

She was panting as he wrapped his right hand firmly on her neck, pulling her closer with that.

One minute, she gasped, and in the next one, he was already kissing her.

Pearl struggled hard, pinching him on the neck and every other open part to stop him since it seems he's not in his right senses, but it was like pouring water into a seive.

It's not working... He looks so mad, he's too much.

He bit down on her lip, and the taste of copper boomed as her blood filled the kiss.

He didn't stop, and when it became useless to struggle, she stood still, their breaths mixing as he kissed her deeper...

Rougher.

She closed her eyes as her breaths became hot and fast, but then Teal came in.

Her heart sank into a pit immediately she saw the scene...she couldn't contain it.

She turned back to leave, but the water on the ground made her slip.

She fell on the hard, hurting her forehead, and at the same time, the lights went off.

She scrambled back to her feet but couldn't find her way out, so she traced the wall and found the switch.

Immediately she touched it, the lights came on, but it went off when she left it.

She touched the switch again, and the lights came back on again, then she looked back to the tub.

Roonie broke the kiss, his dark houndy eyes covered with his wet hair landed on her, making her freeze.

She felt a sting in her heart... She should be the one in that tub with him.

Pearl is still recovering from aftershocks, and her eyes are still so wide on mad Roonie.

Teal made to let go of the switch...

"Hold it, keep the lights on" Roonie's breathy voice came, and she gulped.

"Huh?"

"If you let go of the switch, I'll fuçking kill you" he muttered in finality, then his eyes went back to Pearl.

He recaptured her lips, harder than the first.

He resumed kissing her obsessively, and Teal's hand started shaking on the switch, not daring to let it go as she watched with a bleeding heart.

The snappy sounds coming from the kiss filled the bathroom, and Pearl's quirky breaths worsened everything.

She sounds like a wolf in heat, but despite the overwhelming desire to give in, she still fought it.

It'd have been better if Teal isn't in here with them, but she's here... right here, watching them.

She pushed Roonie's rigid chest, but that only made him kiss her more... Madder.

He stole her breaths then shoved his tongue all the way down her tiny throat, his hold on her neck still intact.

She might just pass out at the intensity.

Teal felt tears stinging her eyes as she watched. No torture can be greater than this.

Pearl finally got a hold of Roonie's hair, pulling it back.

That seemed to do the trick cos he stopped immediately, his lips moist just like hers.

The sweat on his chest disappeared with the water already, and his eyes redness reduced.

He looks better.

Teal rushed out of the bathroom, and surprisingly, the lights didn't go off again.

Pearl looks dumbfounded for two minutes straight, and when she opened her mouth to talk, it came out in a whisper.

"What was that?"

Roonie stood without providing an answer, and he was already walking out when Pearl rushed out of the tub too, blocking him.

"Are you sick? You didn't look normal earlier and...

"I've never looked normal " he cut her off.

"I mean...look at my lip, you bit me motherfûcker" she said, raising her face.

Roonie smiled inwardly.
