"Sorry about the kidnap" he said, making her look up.

Rook? Apologizing?

"I'm starting afresh" he shrugged.

"I...I have to go now... We have class yunno" she made to take another way, but he pulled her back suddenly.

That sudden contact made her books pour on the ground, and she choked on her own saliva.

Automatically, she got seizure attack immediately, falling on the ground and foaming from the mouth with rough wriggles.

Students quickly gathered in a circle around her, watching shockingly.

• Lizzy is epileptic?

• Geez! Disgusting!

• And she's posing as a fashion icon?

• I'd drown myself

No one made any attempt to move closer, so Rook knelt beside her, holding her down by the arms.

Her bones are so tight as she wriggled, but he used all his power, making sure she didn't slip off.

• Rook?

• He stepped down as the leader of The Titans

• What!

• Jeremy is taking over

• Is that a joke?

The chats were endless as Rook kept holding Lizzy down till she was able to calm down.

That same moment, Pearl rushed into the circle with the rest of the girls.

"Lizzy!" They all knelt around her, and her eyes fluttered open, her lips glossing with your liquid she vomited.

Immediately she saw the crowd of students surrounding her, she spranged up, not bothering the gather her books before running out of the hall.

"Lizzy!"Morgan and Rebekah ran after her fast.

Pearl faced Rook who's just standing up, and a newly unlocked grin appeared on his face.

"Hey, Pearl Wilson" he said.

"Go bury yourself" she replied, rolling eyes before leaving too.

Rook threw his head back.

"Urghh, it's damn hard to be holy"

He walked out of the circle, coming across Jeremy.

He's with Romeo and Juliet by each side of him, and they're scoffing, like they just found a profound leader.

"Thanks for leaving the throne" Jeremy smiled.

"You changed" Rook replied, and Jeremy laughed.

"I'm sure I'll make a better leader. I won't be like someone who got cut by a stupid sword then went down for three days"

Rook came closer...

"I'll make sure to attend your funeral with a popcorn bowl, that's even if they find your body. You're not Banks's match" he said, chuckling before leaving.

Jeremy gritted his jaws .

"Don't let his words drag you" Romeo said behind him, and he faced them.

"Who said his words meant anything? I have plans and y'all better prepare. I'll grind Banks with my own hands" he replied before leaving them.

"Why do I like this side of him so much. With Jeremy behaving so confident, I feel like he has a newfound power, and now it's like Banks is below me" Juliet said.

"We should get our payback for kneeling in front of him don't you think? I wish this side of Jeremy came out earlier" Romeo smiled.

"Come to think of it, maybe Banks only know how to use his sword, what if he's not good with combat? We haven't seen him in a fistfight before" Juliet faced him.

"We'll soon find out. Should we go to the rave party?" Romeo nodded.

"Fûck yeah" Juliet replied, leaving with him.

6PM, WILSON'S MANSON*

It was Tate who went to get Sybil from the airport.

Pearl waited at home with Mr. Wilson, and she kept trying Teal's line but she hasn't been picking.

She only sent a text to say she's ok, but Pearl is still worried.

She didn't show up at school either.

"Is that your friend from the morning you're calling?" Mr. Wilson asked when he noticed her restlessness.

"Yeah" she replied.

"Oddly, she looks familiar. I just dunno where" Mr. Wilson said.

Pearl was about to reply when Tate's car drove in, and she spranged up.

Three minutes later, Tate came in with another girl who's dragging her bag behind.

"Sybil!" Pearl gushed.

"Pearl!!!" Sybil shouted, flying into Pearl's open arms.

"I missed you!"

"I missed you more!"

"More!!!" Sybil shouted, and the couple just smiled as they watched.

Sybil is Pearl's cousin from her mother's side, and the fact that they're same age made them close.

She left the country last year for a reason.

"Gawd ... You became prettier! Do you now have a boyfriend?" Sybil asked in a rush.

"Nuh-uh" Pearl laughed.

"Come here!" Sybil pulled her, saying quick greetings to Mr. Wilson before going to her room with her.

The couple exchanged looks, and Tate sighed.
