While it was normal for most young people to hang out and have fun after school, Asher’s trip with Elaine felt like bringing a restless child for her first sightseeing. Asher kept his eyes on Elaine who kept drifting apart from him and began touching random stuffs inside the arcade the two of them visited.
“Asher, what’s this?” Elaine inquired excitedly, pointing at the crane machine with stuffed animals as the prize.
Asher snickered and shook his head before stepping towards Elaine. “This is called crane game. It lets you keep any prize you get from that pile.” He pointed at the colorful and cute stuffed animals which were scattered inside the closed space of the machine.
