The day after the kitchen fight, I woke up with a heavy headache and my eyes hurt so bad. My body also felt very weak and I did not want to leave my bed.

But in the evening, the head maid knocked on my door and she opened it without waiting.

“Mr. Blackwell is having dinner tonight,” she said.

Her face was calm, but her eyes were looking cold.
