HIS PROPERTY

As the night sky began to get darker in the quiet neighbourhood, Emma dragged her worn suitcase away from Robert imposing house. She couldn’t stop thinking about the recent events and the sting was so heavy in her heart. She lost her culinary job which she really cherished. It wasn’t her fault that men found her sexy. The owner wanted to claim her as his, his wife found out and of course he turned the story around and blamed her for it.

Being the cook and the third party, the wife was on her husband side and they threw her out of the house with nothing more than the clothes she had and the one she was wearing, no compensation pay. His last words to her as she packed her things in tears were,

“None of this would have happened if you just let me have you.” Robert wicked parting words resounded in her ears.

Over the years, Emma have come to realised and she see herself as a commodity, most men make her feel like she is being sold. All of them want the same thing, to make her feel that she belongs to them. This is disgusting to her. She had nowhere to go, being their cook meant she lived with them and doesn’t have to worry about accommodation.

With no destination in mind, Emma walked on the streets aimlessly not knowing what to do next. After few hours, it was getting really dark but she still doesn’t know where to go, not to talk of where to sleep for the night.

Emma was becoming desperate, she picked her phone from her pocket. She got the phone few months ago. She dialled the only number she saved on it which was Sharon’s contact. She met her during her last job as a housemaid. Although Sharon quit the job weeks after Emma started, they formed a bond and she gave Emma her number so they could stay in touch. She didn’t think to call her until today. The phone rang, when she heard Sharon's voice, Emma felt relieved, tears filled the corners of her eyes.

"Hello Sharon," she voiced out, her voice trembling with emotion.

"Oh my God, Emma, is that you?" Sharon asked, her voice, impatient and filled with concern.

"Yeah, it’s me. I really need your help, I am stranded. Can you please come pick me up," she pleaded, the tears now flowing freely.

"Sure, of course I will come there now. Tell me where you are, I will be there right away," her voice sounded like a caring mother

Emma smiled and quickly texted her the address. She sat somewhere by the roadside shivering in the harsh cold, waiting for Sharon to arrive.

After some minutes later, she heard the distant sound of a car coming. She sighted Sharon inside, opened the door and she got in immediately feeling grateful. While driving, Emma was lost in a deep thought, “The last time I checked, Sharon worked as a maid with me, it is nearly impossible for her to afford a car.” she thought to herself

"It’s okay, I’m here now," she reassured and rubbed her shoulders tenderly.

With a gentle turn of the wheel, Sharon drove away from the approaching darkness of insecurity. She was surprised when Sharon took her to her new home, a mini-mansion. She got even more surprised when she explained how she got it. As she explained her proposition, Emma heart hesitated between desperation and an aggressive need to survive.

"What!" she exclaimed after she laid out her plan.

“Emma, you need money just this once," she implored, her voice carrying the weight of understanding born from her own trials. "You don’t need to do it over and over again. Just have sex with this man, once he is asleep, take as much money as you can and that is it" she said.

“Your suggestion now is actually nothing but stealing” she said looking angrily

“No, I am saying you use what you have and get what you want. Emma it is just this one time I promise.” she explained

Emma thought about it for a second. “Okay” she said looking confused

“Okay, I was going to have this guy for the night but since you need the money, I will let you and afterwards you can go away.” she said

Emma nodded her head still unsure of what she was about to do. Sharon opened her purse and gave her a card.

“Robert Liam! Emma exclaimed

“Yeah, that is his name and here is his picture.” she showed her a picture of him on her phone and it got stuck into Emma’s head.

“Okay, I will do it. Just this one time, no strings attached right?” she asked for confirmation.

“Definitely.” she smiled

The image of the man she will be having sex with in the next one hour remained in her head, his dark eyes and his strong figure. Emma has already lost his virginity so sex wasn’t a big deal to her. She was desperate and she just had to do this. Still, she didn’t feel good about doing it with a total stranger and again to steal from him. Sharon told her that all her clients were rich so they wouldn’t notice a few currencies that they would take from them.

Emma was shaking seriously and her palms were sweaty. Sharon applied little make up for her, the gown she wore barely reached her knees, She didn’t wear a bra so her breasts will be very obvious and on full display with the opening of her cleavage.

When she got to the hotel, she said a funny silent prayer “God, please don’t let me regret this and don’t let me be caught in the act.” Emma was extremely scared of what she was about to do.

The door creaked open, the room wasn’t well brightened up, and she could barely see his face. Sharon explained what she had to do, “make him cum first so you would have enough time to carry out your plans and do what you wanted to do”

Emma sat on the bed waiting patiently for him to say hi to her. Robert walked slowly towards her, he finally reached where she sat on the bed, pulled her by her arm to stand up, her heart started beating so fast and her palms were sweaty.
