I hate how my body always responds to him. Despite my disgust, I was still rock hard.
"Open your mouth, Jade."
The hardwood floor dug through my pants as I knelt there, shirtless, staring at the hard flesh in my line of vision.
Lorenzo Vega towered over me, a dark silhouette of muscle and menace, his cock heavy in my face. I looked up, my green eyes meeting his blue ones which were sharp, icy, and devoid of warmth. He rarely smiled, only smirking when I struggled, his long dark hair falling forward to frame the snake tattoo that slithered down his collarbone.
I parted my lips and took him in, the stretch familiar after a year of this. My tongue moved slowly at first, then deeper, knowing exactly what he craved. His hand gripped my hair, tugging hard, and a low growl escaped him.
I was nineteen, a pawn in a game my parents lost before they died, traded to settle their debt. Tomorrow, Iâd turn twenty, and heâd claim more than my mouth. Heâd promised it in a dark vow: âYour virginityâs mine, Jaden. On the night you turn twenty, I'll fuck your ass, and after that, we will plan that wedding.â
But I already had a plan. And right now, I hated how my body was reacting.
My jaw ached as I worked him, hollowing my cheeks, letting him think Iâd surrendered. His grip tightened, forcing me closer, and I swallowed the urge to gag. Just hours left, I thought. Hold on.
Enzoâs hand tightened in my hair, yanking my head back slightly as he stared down at me.
âOpen your mouth better,â he commanded, his voice a low, rough edge that brooked no argument. I forced my jaw wider, lips trembling as I obeyed, and he shifted and pressed himself forward. He slipped deeper, past my tongue, into my throat, and I gagged hard. My throat constricted around him, a wet, desperate sound escaping as I struggled to breathe.
Tears welled up and spilt down my cheeks in silent tracks. I will be free soon. Very soon. There was already a plan on ground that just needed to be implemented.
Enzoâs grip softened for a moment, his thumb brushing the dampness from my face, wiping the tears with a tenderness that clashed with his ruthlessness. This man... this beast. I'd seen him kill people like bugs, but yet he managed to show me this side of him, this... steamy and impatient side.
âGood boy,â he murmured, his voice thick with satisfaction. âLook at you, so perfect for me.â His hips rocked slightly, testing my limits, and I gagged again, more tears falling. He wiped them away once more, his touch possessive yet oddly gentle. âSuch a good boy,â he praised, the words dripping like honey over steel. âYou take me so well.â
I pulled back, gasping and panting. "Please I need a break."
Enzo yanked my head forward and fixed it back to his crotch. "You will have a long break after you have gotten some milk. Open wider."
Enzoâs grip tightened in my hair, his fingers digging into my scalp as his breath grew ragged. His hips bucked, erratic now, driving him deeper into my throat.
I gagged. My muscles clenched around him, but he didnât relent. A low, guttural groan tore from his chest, vibrating through me, and then it hit hard.
Warmth flooded my throat, spilling past my lips as I choked on the rush. I tried to swallow, but it came too fast, too much, and I pulled back, gasping, my chest heaving.
He wasnât done. His hand jerked as he guided himself. Another pulse shot out, hot and wet, and streaked across my face.
It painted my cheeks and jaw, dripping down in messy, humiliating lines. I blinked through the sting in my eyes, tears mixing with the mess, and he twitched one last time, a final spatter hitting my chin.
Freedom was so close, I thought to myself. I couldn't fuck this up now.
âPerfect,â he rasped, voice raw, his thumb smearing the warmth along my cheek. "You look like a beautiful painting." He grabbed my shoulder and hauled me up. "Come give me a taste."
ENZORico did what?! I stalked across the warehouse floor, each step sharp and loud, my boots echoing off the cold, concrete floor. The air inside was thick, stagnant with smoke and tension. Fury pulsed through my veins, boiling just beneath the surface, begging to be unleashed. By the door, Kai stood with his arms crossed, his expression unreadable but grim. I didnât have to look at him to feel the heat in his stare. He was waiting for the explosion. My men lined up along the far wall, their faces pale and stiff with anxiety. No one spoke. They knew better. I stopped in front of them, breathing hard, letting the silence drag until it suffocated.âA shipment got hit last night,â I said like it wasn't already news, in a kind of tone that made grown men sweat. âTen kilos. Gone. Vanished like smoke. Now, Rico doesnât get his hands on that kind of intel without help. Someone,â I paused, sweeping my gaze across their faces, âopened their goddamn mouth.âThe silence that followed was loud
JADENI waited for the perfect night to make my move. Days had passed with me watching Enzo closely, memorizing his habits, his routines, and the way his brow creased when something wasnât right. That evening, he came home later than usual, the set of his jaw tense, his eyes stormy with whatever dealings had soured his mood. I knew then that he wouldnât stay long.At dinner, I pushed my food around my plate, feigning fatigue. âIâve got a headache,â I murmured, rubbing my temples as though the dull throb was real, careful not to meet his eyes. âI think Iâll just lie down early.âHe paused with the fork halfway to his mouth. His gaze softened instantly, concern settling over him like a shadow. âAre you okay, Jade?â he asked, setting his fork down and reaching for me, his palm warm against my forehead.I nodded slowly, curling into the comfort of his touch even as guilt coiled in my gut. âYeah. Just tired. Iâll be fine after some rest.âHe leaned in and kissed my cheek with deliberate t
JADENIt was the first day of college.I woke to the sound of my alarm cutting through the silence, the sky outside still painted in sleepy hues of gray and gold. My stomach churned with nerves as I forced myself out of bed. I moved like I was underwater, stumbling to the bathroom, and dragging on a hoodie and jeans when I got out moments later. Downstairs, the scent of coffee drifted from the kitchen. Enzo stood there, framed in the morning light, dressed sharp as ever in a dark shirt that hugged his frame. His eyes found mine the moment I entered, softening in that way that always caught me off guard. He set the mug down and crossed the room without a word, pulling me into his arms like heâd been waiting all morning just to feel me breathe.âThereâs my college boy,â he murmured against my hair, his voice low and warm, threaded with something unspokenâpride, maybe, or fear. Maybe both.âMorning,â I whispered, burying my face against his chest. His hand cupped my cheek, tilting my
ENZO Fuck this. I crouched low behind a stack of rusted crates, the warehouse thick with the stench of oil, gunpowder, and damp concrete. Every breath I took felt heavy in my lungs, laced with adrenaline and anger. Beside me, Kai knelt in the shadows. The sodium lights overhead flickered, casting everything in a sickly amber glow that painted his face like a war mask. Three of my men were already in position, silent shadows fanned out along the perimeter like they were born to hunt in the dark. Weâd been chasing this rival crew for weeks now, a bunch of arrogant little shits trying to muscle their way into my territory to steal from me. To challenge me. I knew that they had a connection with Rico, but I would have time for that bastard later on. They had no idea who they were playing with. But tonight, theyâd find out. âReady, boss?â Kaiâs voice barely broke the silence. He was always calm before the chaos. I nodded. âMove on my signal.â My blood was hot beneath my skin b
JADENI woke up feeling like Iâd been wrung out and left to dry. My eyes burned, swollen from all the crying the night before. Every part of me felt heavy like my emotions had settled into my bones. The morning light had already spilt into my room, draping everything in a soft golden hue. It shouldâve felt comforting, but all I felt was the weight of the day waiting for me.As I blinked against the brightness, trying to stretch the sleep from my limbs, something caught my eye on the windowsill; a small, neatly folded piece of paper. My heart skipped a beat. It hadnât been there when I went to bed. I sat up fast, a jolt of adrenaline surging through me as I reached for it with trembling fingers. The handwriting was sharp and rushed but unmistakably hers."Jaden,Weâre running out of time. Convince Enzo to let you attend college. Itâs our chance to meet, to plan. Make him say yes, Jade. Iâll find you there. Weâre so close.âSophia" I read it three times before the words fully sank in.
ENZOI jolted awake, the shrill blare of alarms tearing through the quiet like a knife. Beside me, Jaden stirred under the covers, his body still warm, but I was already halfway out of the bed, my instincts flaring like wildfire. Then came the sharp crash of glass downstairs, followed by shouts and gunfire. âJaden, get up!â I snapped, grabbing his arm and yanking him upright. His eyes flew open, panic already rising in them. I was putting on a shirt as fast as I could, my hand darting for the gun on the nightstand.âWhatâs happening?â he asked, his voice trembling as he fumbled with his pants.âWeâre under attack,â I said, forcing my voice to stay calm, even as my heart pounded like a war drum. âItâs Rico. It has to be that bastard. Heâs coming for revenge after the party.âI grabbed Jadenâs wrist and dragged him toward the walk-in closet, not giving him a chance to ask more questions. âStay close to me. Donât let go.âI shoved aside a panel in the back of the closet, revealing the
