So Vulnerable

Sylvia was shocked to see that Blake stood in her room. There was a smirk playing on his face, showing his satisfaction in seeing her at that state.

Sylvia quickly wiped away the tears from her eyes and spoke, “Something got into my eyes. That’s it. What will I be crying for? Nonsense.”

“So, should I help you run away?” he questioned.

Sylvia fell into silence. When he made the similar offer previous time, she didn’t consider it because of her lack of trust in him. Of course, she doesn’t trust him now either.

But she could see that he wasn’t serious about wanting her death. Earlier, he didn’t push her away when cried and didn’t mercilessly leave her alone when she was unwell. He even helped to protect her when he could have simply ignored her.

That’s why, Sylvia nodded.

She was desperate at this point. She wanted to get away from here. It was impossible to do so on her own.
