Chapter 11: Pulling strings

On the other side of town, Prince Hakeem was busy pulling strings as he sat calmly at his desk while his close hand, Sultan, stood close by, in trembling silence.

He was never sure of the duty his boss would assign to him and he was damn sure he would die of ulcer one day.

“What’s the latest update on the woman?” Hakeem asked his assistant without lifting his head from the documents he was reading.

“Report says she is presently at the mall with that other woman, sir, and they are having a good time chopping for her new friend and her son.” The PA reported in a nervous voice.

When it comes to this woman’s issue, his boss was not a calm man so Sultan is always on his toes and at alert.

“Okay. Make sure the team keeps their eyes on them. I want to know every one of her moves but she must never suspect she is being trailed.” He instructed calmly, still concentrating on the papers.

“Okay sir. Everything will be done neatly.” He promised.

With a small nod, Hakeem casually dismissed him.
