Nathan's helplessness

Nathan jerked in his place shooting out loud when a soft palm touched his shoulder. His whole form is sweating profusely. He turned at the direction of the owner of the hand only to find Ira standing in front of him with a perplexed look on his face. 

He finds it difficult to breathe, making Ira worry about his condition. 

" Uncle Nathan are you alright? What happened to you all of a sudden?".
