Callum Johnson (P.O.V.)

I needed to get home as soon as possible. I felt so guilty about what I had done that I could not stand the thought of being away from Colette at the moment. The more time I stayed away from her now, the more I began to overthink the situation. Like, what if she knows or suspects something already between Lisa and me?

I just wanted to get home and do some damage control.

After I got done with washing my hair and my body, I wrapped a towel around my waist and made my way back into the bedroom. I stood in front of the mirror and inspected my body for any possible indications or signs that I had sex last night. I made sure to pay close attention to my neck for hickeys and my back for scratch marks that would appear due to Lisa’s apparent need to utilize her false nails on my back while in ecstasy.

I approached the bed and looked at Lisa as she was sprawled across the bed, showcasing her naked body.
