3rd Person POV

"How are you feeling, Alpha?"

Mason’s voice broke the heavy silence as the door swung open. He walked into the hospital room, followed closely by a doctor carrying a silver tray of instruments.

Adira quickly wiped her cheeks and smoothed down her skirt, stepping back slightly from the side of the bed to give the doctor room. Alessandro shifted his gaze toward them, his eyes still red and swollen from tears, though his expression was gradually regaining its usual calm composure.

Alessandro shifted his gaze toward them, his eyes still red and swollen from tears, though his expression was gradually regaining its usual calm composure."I am fine, Mason," Alessandro said, his voice raspy and dry. He tried to sit up higher against the pillows, but the moment he pressed his palms against the mattress, a harsh spasm tore across his spine. He winced in pain, gritting his teeth so hard his jaw hurts, and a sharp gasp escaped his lips."Don't move, Alpha! Please, stay still!" the doctor urged, rushing forward and placing two firm hands on Alessandro's shoulders to gently push him back down. The doctor carefully unbuttoned the back of

3rd Person's POV Alessandro woke up with a gasp, his body jerking as though he had been pulled out of a nightmare. He almost sat upright on the hospital bed, his breathing uneven and his eyes filled with confusion as he tried to understand where he was.“Alessandro!”Before he could even gather his thoughts, Adira rushed toward him and wrapped her arms around him. His hands immediately flew to her back, instinctively holding her as tightly as he could.“Adira,” he whispered. He closed his eyes tightly, and the moment he felt her warmth against him, the memories that had overwhelmed him moments ago came rushing back again. His chest tightened as the truth of what he had seen finally settled inside him.“I’m sorry. I got late. It wasn’t supposed to happen. I should have come to you early.”His voice trembled with regret. He was still trapped in the daze of the flashback, his mind struggling to separate the past from the present. The memories had felt so real that for those few moments,

"I'm sorry..." she whispered, her voice breaking.Mason sprang forward as he glared at Adira with pure hatred. "Alessandro!" Mason roared. "What did you do to him?!"Adira couldn't speak. The weight of her mistake crushed her as she looked into Alessandro's pain-filled eyes. There was no anger in them—only heartbreak and deep disappointment.“Why… Why is this happening?” Adira muttered to herself. She quickly picked up the cup and sniffed it. “The cup!” She exclaimed. “Catch the maid!” She quickly tried to rush forward but by now… she was surrounded by Mason’s guards.“What have you done to him?” Mason demanded, raising his voice.“I… only gave him some paralyzing potion,” Adira confessed. “But the cup… It belonged to you!” Mason didn’t need to be told twice what had happened. He didn’t waste time and went after the maid. She was caught soon and confessed that

***Flashback***3rd Person’s POV"Alpha, she’s arrived," Mason informed Alessandro, crossing his arms as he watched the guard head toward the outer gates. "She’s already at the gates, all alone. Are you really going to see her?"Alessandro didn't look up, pretending to be busy with some paperwork, but the wolf inside him was stirring and clawing at his walls restlessly. "She asked to see me, Mason. Open the gates.""Until when are you going to hide your feelings for her?" Mason gritted his teeth. "You claimed you abhorred her, but I could tell it was all just for show. Instead... you liked her the moment your eyes fell on her, even before she fell for Xavier."Alessandro finally looked up, leaning back in his chair and gazing at the ceiling. How could he forget the moment he met her?Adira might not remember him, but he did.It was a gloomy day when he had nothing to do. Tired of his routine, he had roamed around, thinking he had everything and that life was simply getting boring day

  • Her Revenge, Her Fated Alpha   You'll Die Tonight

3rd Person's POV "Adira, I have been waiting for you," Gianna said, stepping out through the front door of her house. Her dark eyes gleamed as they swept over Xavier, who was dragged behind them, writhing in heavy silver chains."It turns out you finally discovered who turned Alessandro against you," Gianna continued, a sinister smile curving her lips. Her gaze shifted to the group flanking Adira. "You brought a witch... and two wolves. Do you honestly think that's enough to go against me?""Just shut your mouth," Talia spat, stepping forward as dark magic flared at her fingertips."If you don't want to die, undo what you've done to Alessandro," Adira demanded. "Whatever twisted spell you put on him, take it back now.""You might have fooled June and then Natalie. But you can't trick me, Adira. Do you really think I came unprepared?" Gianna asked with a harsh chuckle. She turned on her heel and walked back inside, leaving them standing in wary confusion. Before any of them could cros

She thought that the witch’s chapter had ended, but she came around once again to fuck with their lives yet again. She looked at Xavier's face. He was panting hard, his chest heaving as sweat and blood dripped down his chin. The skin on his arms was blistering where the silver chains bit deep into his flesh."Where is this witch?" Adira demanded in a firm tone, "Give me the location."Xavier lifted his head slowly, his breath coming in ragged hitches. "Out... past the western ridge," he choked out, wincing as the silver hissed against his wrist. "Deep in the abandoned woods near Blackwood Creek. An old wooden house is hidden under the cliffside. That’s where he lives. That’s where he did the ritual on Alessandro."Adira furrowed her brows at his descriptive details of the address.Mason stepped forward. He grabbed Xavier by his hair and yanked his head back, forcing him to look up. "You really expect us to believe th
